Gorgeous Malibu Apartment- Special Price!

Thankfully our beautiful ocean view apartment was a long way from the January fires, and after housing several fire victims we are open again at a specially reduced price! Just steps away from magnificent hiking trails, and 3 mins drive to the most spectacular beaches. Private deck, comfortable living room, small kitchen with everything you need, oven! Master Bedroom King, 2nd bedroom Queen, and pristine bathroom! Beautiful landscaping, bird lovers paradise! And private hot tub under the stars

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The is a working art studio with a loft, filled with artwork and art supplies. Two minutes to Zuma Beach. Nearby scenic hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and surfing. Room to store your boards and bikes. Enjoy the sunset views over the ocean from your patio. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.

On the water! Gorgeous 3 Bdrm Home w/ hot tub

Last January, wildfires burned about 12 houses immediately south of our house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
