Mitten im Stadtzentrum ist die neu renovierte wunderschöne Wohnung! Umbegen von vielen feinen Restaurants. Das Checkin-out was unkompliziert. Alle wichtigen Informationen waren vor Ort. Einen Aufenthalt der nur zum weiterempfehlen ist!

Viareggio toujours un enchantement, même sous la pluie... L'appartement est idéalement situé en arrière de toute l'agitation et le bruit du front de mer. La résidence est agréable et fonctionnel. Un grand merci à Elia pour sa souplesse, dont je n'ai pas eu besoin au final.

Ho avuto modo di pernottare per tre notti presso l'appartamento di Caterina e Giacomo e l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. L’alloggio, nella sua essenzialità, è molto curato e impreziosito da oggetti di design che ho particolarmente apprezzato. La posizione è centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, perfetta per muoversi a piedi senza rinunciare al riposo. Pur essendo inizialmente preoccupato per il parcheggio, ho sempre trovato posto senza alcun problema. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati disponibili e flessibili negli orari di check-in e check-out,e ciò ci ha permesso di godere appieno anche dell’ultimo giorno di vacanza. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Wir waren 7 Tage in Pescia auf der Anlage von La Cupola Agriturismo und haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht und Ruhe sind genau was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Die Nähe zu Nachbar*innen erlaubt es aber auch neue Freundschaften zu knüpfen.

One can't expect better. The apartment is clean and all the amenities mentioned are in working condition. It is very central. Pietrasanta is a nice place with lots to see. It is also well connected with public transport (trains and buses) just 5 minutes from the centre. It is easy to visit places both close and not so close by. Recommended.

Sono stato con 3 amici a fare trekking sulle Apuane e la casa di Carla è stata un ottimo appoggio. Vicinissima a molti percorsi, silenziosa e con una vista incredibile dalla terrazza al secondo piano. Carla ci ha permesso anche di avere un check out più tardi per via di una necessità last minute, gentilissima anche nel momento di check in. Consiglio!!

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto piacevole e confortevole perché lo spazio è stato sfruttato in modo perfetto con mobilia prevalentement in legno. La cucina è molto bene attrezzata e le pentole sono nuove e abbondanti, cosa rara negli alloggi! Il cortile davanti alla porta d'ingresso non è un granchè, mentre il balcone della camera gode di una belle vista aperta sulle montagne. Roberto è molto disponibile. Abbiamo solo dovuto chiarire un piccolo problema a proposito del costo delle pulizie che non erano indicate nell'annuncio, ma è stato risolto velocemente. Raccomando vivamente quest'alloggio.

Monica’s home is amazing. Tucked away in a very small village, I felt transported to another, simpler era. Yet, the accommodation included all the modern “necessities”. I loved cooking there, and the morning views post-rainfall were something else. Rent a small car for the journey up the mountain and if you’re not used to those types of roads definitely arrive during the day. Those who’re used to back roads should have no issue. Next time I will return with friends to fill the space and share the meals with.

Het is een prachtig huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Super schoon. Keuken is voorzien van alle apparatuur. Prachtig uitzicht en fijne tuin met meerdere plekken om te zitten of in de zon te liggen. Veel privacy. Onze kinderen hebben genoten van de hottub. Igor is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving is prachtig en de locatie ligt perfect om Lucca, Pisa, Florence en strand en zee te verkennen. We kunnen het huis van harte aanraden.

Jolie petite maison, très bien décorée et agréable à vivre. Literie confortable. Environnement calme. Jacopo très réactif et de bons conseils. Le parking peut être compliqué avec une grosse voiture. Bons restaurants tout proches (Meraviglie).

Super location, petite maison avec tout ce dont une famille avec 2 enfants à besoin. La literie est très comfortable, c'est très calme et les volets sont réglables donc très pratique si on veut être dans le noir total. Vue sur la mer magnifique depuis les chambres. Hôtes très accueillants et communicatifs. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons!

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property is in the perfect location for accessing all that Barga has to offer, and having this alongside a large garden is far more than you could hope for being in the old town! It’s spacious, bright and beautifully decorated, with everything you would need for your stay. Margot is a fantastic host, she was always quick to respond to any query and keen to make us feel at home. Would definitely like to stay again next time we are in Barga!

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Bonnie's apartment, she was very informative and responsive to any queries we had. Great for shops/restaurants and to all Lucca has to offer. Walking distance to the train station to see the sights of Tuscany. We hope to return one day and enjoy the lovely city again.

Appartamento molto carino, tranquillo e attrezzato come da descrizione. A piedi si raggiunge il centro di Lucca in 15 minuti, la zona è tranquilla anche di sera, se non si vuole attraversare la stazione c'è un comodo cavalcavia pedonale poco più avanti. Con il treno a soli 600mt abbiamo raggiunto facilmente sia Firenze che Pisa e la macchina è rimasta nel parcheggio davanti alla porta per tutto il tempo.

Elena's place is wonderful, you can easily go visit surroundings and Lucca! The place is very clean and very good equipped with all that you need. Also, the host provide essentials for breakfast(eggs, bread butter, etc) which we appreciate! Thank you Elena for everything!

Wir haben eine tolle Osterwoche in Claudios Wohnung verbracht. Alles war wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber. Auch viele Pflegeprodukte im Bad vorhanden und viele Produkte in der Küche ( Öle, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeetassen, etc.) Claudio ist super freundlich und war stets zu erreichen. Er wohnte im Haus in der oberen Etage und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn es mal ein Problem gab. Die Umgebung ist super ruhig und der riesige Garten sehr schön. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Und wenn man den Pool noch nach Ausflügen zur Entspannung nutzen kann, ein Traum. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen und würden selber auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen.
