Appartamento mansardato 75mq in villa con altri 2 appartamenti indipendenti. Posizione riservata, ma centrale rispetto all'area biellese. Parcheggio gratuito. A 5 minuti d'auto dalla città, dal centro commerciale Gli Orsi, dal Ricetto di Candelo e dall'Ospedale pur mantenendosi in una area residenziale molto tranquilla e ospitale. Disponiamo di camera da letto matrimoniale e di una camera con divano letto una piazza abbondante. Ideale anche per spostamenti di lavoro di pochi giorni. No Feste.

The Apartment is on the 4th floor in Italy is considered the 3rd floor, thr grand floor is not considered as a floor, Internal staircase and a lift. You’ll have the flat to yourself, bright and clean, available for short and long stays, and perfect for holidays and professional business. It’s close to a big market, indoor and outdoor Olympic size swimming pools, a Football ground, and Italian Bowling ground. No Parties and no guests allowed unless previously agreed. Regards

Flat in the heart of nature - Peace & Relax

Our flat is located in a hamlet of the nearby village, just 8km from Biella. It is part of a renewed farmstead, right in the middle of woods and meadows. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance (separated from the rest of the house). In front of the flat there is a courtyard, with a gazebo and barbecue, where our dog lives (she is very friendly). In the morning you might be awoken by the rooster and hens singing.
