Excelente apartamento. Bem localizado, perto do porto de embarque para os ferrys, perto da Galeria Humberto. Martine muito gentil e sempre respondia com rapidez e gentileza. Deu ótimas dicas. Valeu muito a pena.

Devo proprio fare i complimenti al Sig Armando,la sua casa la sua disponibilità e stata superlativa,era come stare a casa,la consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque venisse a Napoli,la casa pulitissima,vicino alla metro e ad ottimi ristoranti,la zona di Mergellina e bellissima,una sola parola.... TOP.

Wonderful apartment, very spacious, clean and well organized. The bedrooms are light of very good size, with wardrobes and two of them with their balcony which was great. We felt very much at home and had all we needed. The apartment is very well located, just a short walk from the local beach as well as the main road full or restaurants & shops. Ischia Porto is overall a lovely place with many possibilities for walks, sightseeing and connections to other parts of the island. There is a very efficient bus services which runs around the island at regular intervals so it’s very easy to reach any main town on the island. We have a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Marco for all the local recommendations 😊

Finally back home after our honeymoon, the first two nights of which was spent at Vicky’s property, It was a beautiful appartment in a perfect location and Vicky and Tarcisio were wonderful hosts. The perfect start to our honeymoon. We will hopefully be back.

I can’t find anything negative to complain about for this place. Everything was AMAZING, from even before I checked in to the moments I left. Francesco was quite helpful and kind, and made my stay welcome and calm. Forio was beautiful and I am SO glad I visited. I walked (personal preference) to Giardini la Mortella and the Poseidon thermal baths, and was able to spend time at the beach as well. After checking in, I received a great comprehensive list of places to visit and that was the cherry on top of my experience. Thank you both for an amazing stay, I can’t wait to come back!!

Un grand appartement bien équipé et paisible, à l’écart de la ferveur de la ville. Otavio, le fils de Gabriella, a été très arrangeant pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Il nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a proposé des recommandations selon nos envies. La localisation de l’appartement permet de profiter de la ville à pieds !

Sehr sauberes Zimmerchen mit Blick auf Limonenbäume vom Balkon aus. Das beliebte Städtchen Forio ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Giuseppe war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar abgeholt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Ähnliches antwortete er sofort. Klasse! Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet.

Nous étions 5 avec 3 jeunes enfants et avons passé 4 nuits chez Stefano. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Stefano qui ne parle pas anglais mais nous avons tous a fait réussi à nous comprendre. La maison correspond à tout ce que nous souhaitions : bien située dans une petite ruelle en retrait de la rue, à 5 min du centre, des arrêts de bus et 2 min d’un petit supermarché, dotée d’un toit terrasse avec table et transats, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Très propre, spacieuse, lits confortables, belle salle de bain, nombreux rangements, jeux de plage pour les enfants. Le petit plus : les voisins ont des animaux (perroquets et tortues) que l’on voit depuis le balcon et qui ont ravis nos enfants. La communication avec Stefano à distance lors de notre arrivée et départ a été fluide et réactive. C’est un coup de coeur et nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette belle maison. Merci Stefano !

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah und auch zu Fuß ist man schnell mitten im schönen Neapel. Check in lief trotz später Ankunkt (23:00) sehr gut. In der Wohnung war es etwas laut da im Vorderhaus gebaut wird aber da wir am Tag unterwegs waren hat es nur wenig gestört. Sonst haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Morgen auf der Terasse gefrühstückt. Die Terasse liegt zwischen Hauswänden und hat keine Aussicht, ist aber gemütlich und bietet absolute Privatsphäre.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! One of the best Airbnb I ever stayed. If you come to Naples, forget about staying in the center of the city which is bit on dirty side and not as pleasant as other cities in Italy. This Airbnb is located in a beautiful & lively neighborhood which is convenient to shopping and transportation. Very Clean and modern apartment for up to 6 people. Sabrina who was very kind, professional and helpful which made our impression of Naples extra positive. She filled the fridge with essentials such as bottles of water, yogurt and variety of juices and milk even she left us bags of cookies and candies. Washer and Dryer worked great even Heater as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this Airbnb to my friends. Two Thumbs up : ) My recommendation for Pizza in the neighborhood is Pizzeria Sandropizzettata Via Francesco Solimena, 72. Their Saporita pizza and local Naples beer were fantastic.

We were very Happy staying at this Airbnb and recommend it to anyone who is able/willing to walk up 3 flights of stairs (with an additional stairway to the bedroom loft). In addition, there is urban/noise from surrounding apts/street which may not work for everyone. We loved the location for sure- Metro, Bakery, Market, Shopping, and Top Rated Restaurant around the corner! Everything you need is in the condo and as our rating shows we think this is a GREAT CHOICE! We would stay here again if we came to Napoli!

Gabriella's place was like a hidden gem on a busy and central street. Despite being in the midst of all the bustle and hustle, it was quiet and peaceful. The central location was perfect to reach all the local attractions and historical landmarks in Naples. The neighborhood felt safe and full of life. The apartment was clean, tidy, charming and had all the necessities required for a "feel at home" stay. Gabriella and her daughter Sara were very friendly, easy and quick to communicate with. We were very pleasantly surprised with their hospitality- on our arrival we were welcomed with plenty of snacks, cold drinks, tea and coffee. We loved our stay at Gabriella's place and we would love to come back again! Grazie mille, Gabriella!

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

O casa minunata, cu multa personalitate ! Casa lui Andrea va rămâne pentru totdeauna în sufletul nostru pentru: - priveliștea minunata către mare și împrejurimile, cu multă verdeață -terasa unde poți să te retragi după agitația din oraș, și simți liniște, calm, seninatate -curtea îngrijită, cu multe locuri de relaxare, deosebita din punct de vedere estetic - cate un obiect vechi, pe ici pe colo, bine întreținut ce păstra vie frumusețea altor vremuri - minunate surprize pentru noi -gresia și faianță din casa deosebite, mobila de lemn, bucătăria - opera de arta, și multe alte detalii construie cu multa grija - tot ce aveai nevoie că să te simți confortabil Parca ai fi fost într-un film vintage, însă cu tot confortul și toate dotările vieții moderne. Iar Andrea este un om dintr-o bucata, de mare ajutor daca ai nevoie, cult, serios, responsabil. O mare bucurie să îl cunoaștem și să stăm în casa lui. Mulțumim Andrea! Pentru data viitoare când o să mai venim, o să știm mai multa italiana!

I will never write any reviews for AirBNB. I wrote a review for the Prague's flat. The landlord in Prague didn't provide the name of the street. The address in Prague was Old Town, flat 5. Please check the address on your website!! Further, the landlord in Prague did not answer the phone when I was looing for the flat. Would you like to try and find the place with such address? Don't you see what addresses are provided on your website? Receptionists at the local hotels (in Prague) said that there was quite a bit of AirBNB flat scam going on. We understand that there are too many tourists and AirBNB flats in Prague. All landlords in Prague have to hide their business one way of another. However, this is not the reason to treat tourists like this. The landlord in Prague wrote that I came "unprepared" after I genuinely wrote my review. Not only that I had a dreadful welcome in Prague, I now have a review that I was 'unprepared', eh?!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Roberto. il est venu nous saluer et nous a donné des instructions sur les alentours, il nous a très bien accueilli. le seul bémol est que la salle de bain manque d'aération et de ventilation donc la partie nuit ( salle de bain et chambre attenante) était un peu humide. Mais globalement, je recommande ce logement, qui est situé à quelques pas de la station de métro, ce qui était très pratique.

Très bon séjour dans ce petit appartement, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dehors donc nous n’avons pas eu besoin de grand luxe il était très adapté pour un séjour court merci :)

Ottima ospitalità, io e la mia compagnia ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a Peppino, Rosa e il dolce cane Cesare, persone squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, Peppino ci ha saputo indirizzare verso i migliori luoghi da visitare ed era disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta e soprattutto un ottima compagnia per una chiacchierata, ci ritornerei volentieri.

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Lorenzo è un host impeccabile sempre disponibile nel comunicare e offrire soluzioni alle proprie esigenze. La sua casa è un oasi nella natura e nella pace dove regna l'educazione e il rispetto della natura. Si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Forio, il lungomare degli innamorati con un tramonto mozzafiato e varie fermate dell'autobus per muoversi con comodità. Super

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Exceptional host ! Agostino by far has been the most incredible host I’ve ever encountered. Professional, caring , attentive , charming , kind and friendly. Responsive at any time and hour of the day ( trusted me we bothered him a lot even at late hours at night ). The property is exactly as you see it in pictures , quite much bigger than what it looks like. Area is superb , walkable distance from The Port and other centro areas . Right in front the property there’s a fantastic restaurant. Agostino , scheduled a taxi pick up from the Ferry station as well our exit ( for a lower fare) he also booked a private boat tour to Capri in advanced and helped us to find a scooter rental place ( all some discount price ). Among other things he did I can thank him enough. The property is big enough for up to 6 people if sleeping in pairs . AC throughout the whole property ( that’s a plus for us spoiled Americans ) . Book here you won’t regret it. We will pick this place when we come back !

L’appart était super ! Je recommande fortement ! Même s’il n’y a pas grand chose autour en revanche pour sortir nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
