We wanted to experience a true local community and we did. Everyone was friendly to help! No fault of Olga & Ferdinand the location was quite remote without a car but they provided bikes, which proved a positive. We got our exercise to and from the beach. Ferdinand response quickly when we had questions even with time change. This trip made our decision to obtain our temporary residency in Mexico! Thank you both.

muy lindo alojamiento, el más equipado en la cocina, tenía hasta lavadora. todas las camas son extragrandes. queda un poco alejado, hay que trasladarse en vehículo

I just want to start by saying Paco is the best host we have ever had in our 20+ air bnb stays.Our previous scheduled transportation didn't show up and he found transportation very last minute for us which was not his job but he was nothing but helpful. The check in was a little confusing but he was quick to reply and help. I would recommend anyone to his properties as his pictures really don't do them justice

Marco es muy atento, siempre contesta de inmediato cualquier pregunta. La casa tal cual se ve en las fotos, y la alberca está muy bien!. Súper importante: si bien te aclaran que Luz y agua se pagan aparte, nunca te dicen que es carísimo!!! $1,200 pesos por dos días, y eso considerando que tratamos de consumir lo menos posible. Si no te importa gastar en eso, la casa vale mucho la pena.

Confortable and pleasant stay! Ann was very quick to answer our questions and there is a local manager, Alejandra, who is very helpful and available. It is better if you have a car because you are about 15 minutes drive to downtown Playa Del Carmen. Also 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. Condo as described and well furnished. Plenty of towels available for the beach but no chairs or umbrella. We enjoy our stay!

We rented for the kitchen and stayed due to the extra touches (each room has a city theme (NYC, London, and Paris). The neighborhood is vey friendly, with lots of kids, and the neighbors are quick to help each other. Esteban and his team are friendly, responsive, and quickly complete the work. Before renting be aware of the location. A tremendous value, it is FAR from the beach, ~10k steps.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo con Rocio y definitivamente es una excelente anfitriona. Sin dudar la recomiendo… En esta ocasión llegué a las 4 am por qué mi vuelo aterrizaba en Cancún a las 2:20 todo súper bien, dejo todo organizado con la seguridad del condominio. De igual manera me retiré a las 3 am por qué mi vuelo salía a las 6 y todo súper bien. Son flexibles en los horarios vale 1000% el servicio.

Thank you for our stay in this house. Everything went great, the house is very nice and in a good village. We recommend booking it for families with children, as there is enough space for everyone. All the equipment worked. The pool in the residence is wonderful. The girls who met us and hosted us are very responsive and friendly. They helped us in a difficult health situation.

El alojamiento estaba bien en ratio precio-calidad. Si bien se encuentra bastante alojado de la zona céntrica, solo a 100mts encuentras una estación de alquiler de bicicletas públicas, eso nos permitió mitigar la distancia y poder recorrer todas las playas.

Perfecta ubicación. Apartado de la zona turística y perfecto para descansar. Impecable la atención de Michelle. Ampliamente recomendable.

Makul 12 is a gem of a unit. the place has plenty of space and has a great modern feel. there is ample space outside for BBQ gatherings pool and nice jacuzzi. beach is a 20 min walk away . security is good . Mario is always around to help with anything. kitchen is well equipped. I stayed there with my family for a week . was able to explore the real Mexico. a car is handy to have to explore. the airport is an hour away. very centrally located . this unit can host 3 couples easily. the bedrooms all have king-size beds . thank you for hosting this unit. highly recommended .

Such an amazing place, looks exactly like in the pictures. The check-in and check-out was super quick. Alberto was super helpful in the process.. We arrived a bit early but we were able to access the patio, pool and the beach. The property has all kitchenware with washing machine and oven. As we were group of 9 people, we prepared breakfast and dinner in-house. Also, the property comes with a bbq and we did make use of it. There was no problem with the parking. Christina is increíble host and would highly recommended this property anyone looking for secluded place to relax and have a good time.
