Maravillosa casa! 100% recomendada 🙌

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

El lugar tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de los principales bares de la 5av, pero sin interrumpir el descanso, la terraza está muy agradable. Tienes varias cosas a la vuelta que hacen muy como el salir a comprar! Regresaría sin duda!

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

We had a great stay at Casa Vista! Orane clearly communicated all of the needed details and even arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. The pool and hot tub were lovely and cleaned daily. It was great to have an outdoor grill. We went fishing and were able to grill up our fresh Mahi Mahi! The bug mister in the back yard is a nice touch, but I’d still pack your bug spray. The beach was beautiful, quiet and just a short walk away. The pool table, video games and karaoke machine were a huge hit with all ages. It was great to have something to entertain us when it was raining. The AC worked really well and the beds were comfortable. We had a couple of minor hiccups while we were there, but the property manager was extremely responsive and acted quickly to get them fixed. We left a few small suggestions (like it would be nice to have a toaster and the safes didn’t work), but overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay there again! La casa coincide con la descripción, éramos 14 personas y nos sentimos muy agusto , si se escucha ruido por la noche , pero es normal por la zona , está a unos pasos de la 5ta avenida a nosotros no nos molestó , súper cerca de los mejores restaurantes , de coco bongo , de Walmart , del ferry , puedes hacer muchas cosas caminando , súper segura , con una terraza muy bonita , Eugenia siempre al pendiente de todo , la recomiendo mucho y con gusto volvería a hospedarme ahí

Una estancia maravillosa, la casa amplia y linda, con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, recomiendo ampliamente la casa.

El alojamiento de Paulina es excelente para viajar en familia, amplio y con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia, incluso hay juegos de mesa para disfrutar por las tardes, la alberca muy limpia. Mi familia y yo lo disfrutamos mucho.

We had a delightful stay at this property. It’s conveniently located near a pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping. While not directly in the heart of town, it’s just a short drive to Fifth Avenue and the Mall of the Americas. The private pool was the highlight of our stay, and there’s a beautiful beach nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials and some extras, ensuring we had a great breakfast and snacks before embarking on our city exploration and visits to the Xacaret parks. The area appears secure and peaceful, and the host was friendly and attentive, promptly addressing our questions and requests.

If I had to pick one feature about the place - that would be location: 5 minutes walking from the beach, in a quiet security-protected community [ don't forget your wrist band !! :) ], 15 minutes from the nearest restaurants on the 5th Avenue. Taxi was easy to catch at the Riu hotel (opposite side of the street, 5 minutes walk) - prices are listed upfront, drivers accept credit cards (10% extra charge is listed too). So, no surprises. The townhome is not brand new, but clean; equipment (washer/dryer/gas stove ...) work fine. We, family of 4 = 2 adults + 2 kids (13 & 15yo) used pool a lot around noon - nobody was there most of the time. HVAC cooled the bedrooms on the 2nd floor better when the fan was set to low or medium - not to hi (a bit counterintuitive, so thanks to host for help with that). Very good mattresses (usually it is an issue for us). 3 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are available behind small doors under the stairs (1st floor). A bottle of wine was waiting for us - nice!

Alojamiento muy recomendable!! Oswaldo fue muy amable y flexible ante cualquier pedido o consulta, respondiendo muy rápidamente y con muy buena disposición. La casa es muy linda, amplia y cómoda, contaba con todo lo necesario y todo funcionaba correctamente. Muy buena experiencia.

Erika was a great host , very responsive and always helpful, the house is great and private , the pool is gorgeous peaceful and quiet ,location is great very close to the Quinta and the port . I totally recommend that place .

For those relying on a navigation system, finding the address was a bit challenging. Google Maps doesn’t handle local addresses perfectly, but asking for directions from locals proved very helpful—everyone was incredibly kind, and we eventually found the place. The house is two stories, which adds charm to the property, though it does require a bit of extra effort to carry suitcases upstairs. The space was nice and clean, well-secured, and the communication with Olivia was excellent, whether in English or Spanish. The only downside was that we didn’t stay long enough, as we were on a schedule and had to leave for Cozumel the next day. Olivia’s place truly feels like a 5-star hotel, and we hope to stay here again the next time we visit Playa del Carmen. Thanks to Olivia for being such a great Host!

This was a great place for our large group. Bedrooms all separated and private. Great kitchen for making large meals together. Big family room to gather in. Owner was very responsive and addressed any issues quickly We would stay here again

La casa es increíble, muy espaciosa y con hamaca incluida. Esta lejos de la zona turística pero cuesta unos 70 pesos ir en taxi. Lo bueno es que es una zona tranquila y tiene playa esmeralda y otra mas muy cerca que son muy bonitas. Los dueños muy rápidos y amables ya que les pedimos unos favores y nos aceptaron sin problema Nosotros por nuestra parte tuvimos en descuido con la limpieza en la casa pero se pusieron en contacto conmigo y se solucionó rápidamente Muy recomendado

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the pool and AC system were cool - a great break from the Mexico sun! Each room has its own AC unit and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook including spices, oils and pots/pans. I will note that the bar is no longer stocked as pictured in the photos. Nice quiet community about 15min from the hustle and bustle of Playa del Carmen. Hector was extremely helpful throughout the process and every single one of his recommendations hit.

Located in a the gated community of Playacar very near Fifth avenue we were able to easily walk to restaurants, the cab stand, tour vendors and even grocery stores. The house was clean and had extra blankets and pillows. The pool was bigger than it looks in the photos , well maintained and about 5 feet deep throughout. There are trees around the pool so dropping leaves inevitably land in the pool, but the pool guy came every day or almost every day to maintain and skim the pool. We saw many different animals in the evenings from the front patio, the bats were especially entertaining when they dived the pool water for a drink. So here’s the bad. The house had a musty, concrete odor that we needed to open the windows during the day to vent out. It was mostly gone after 2 days. No big deal. The beds were not the most comfortable especially the two twin beds which felt very hard. All in all a very nice stay and a great location, we would stay here again if we come back to Playa Del Carman.

Three generations stayed at this home and had a wonderful week. It was about a half a mile walk to town and about 50 steps to the beach. We had from age 1 to age 60 and it was perfect for all of our needs. Good place to cook. A grill provided. We did choose to have our own van that we rented at the airport and it was easy to get around Playa. Beautiful view from the upper deck with table for eating and couches for lounging. A beautiful table right by the pool, lounging chair chairs a great space to enjoy the family. The three year-old was more than content to just play on the step in the pool when she wasn’t jumping and swimming with an adult.

la cas amuy cómoda y acogedora tiene unos detalles que a lo mejor el dueño no está enterado de los desperfectos como los mosquiteros un poco rotos Las puerta del patio y la de la ducha están algo duras realmente son detalles que se pueden arreglar y mejorar rápidamente la casa está en una zona super tranquila la alberca maravillosa, el patio agradable para jugar con la familia el 1er día no servían los aires acondicionado, le notifique al anfitrión e inmediatamente resolvió el problema. me gusto la atención y eficacia agrego que las camas están super cómodas para dormir. 20 de 10

Fantastic place, extremely clean and host very responsive. The villa is lovely and very charming. Very nice decorations too. The villa is right next to the golf course (hole 3) and we can admire few little local wild animals. It has very easy access to playacar shopping area and playa del carmen downtown, about 10 min walk. There is a path that takes you directly to the beach walking distance. There is also a taxi station near by. Excellent!
