A lovely remodeled in-law suite in a 1920s Mission Styled home in College Park suited for 2 people with a separate entrance, private bath & a little kitchenette.The Suite looks out into a garden to offer a relaxing view. Even though you are in the Downtown area, the suite was designed to offer solitude. We are walking distance to many restaurants & only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Orlando. Private entrance and private area with also everything such as bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen which is fully equipped. The studio offers plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. We are close to ORMC medical center located near downtown Orlando. The best part, is that we are only 15 min from Orlando airport!

The beachy bungalow welcomes you to Florida. It's blue exterior will let you know you're in the right place. Your beachy suite is in the back of our home, it's old so the walls can be thin.
