Kyle’s place was super close to the clinc I attended every day. Great location for Whole Foods and to get to Laguna beach. Bedroom was very quiet at night and peaceful which, is a must for me.

100% would stay with Farah again. Outstanding communication! The condo unit was private well kept and had all the amenities. Everything is close by. Thanks again.

Had a great stay with my husband and toddler. Place was easy to find and parking was easy. My daughter loved the little playground in the complex. Wifi was good so I was able to work remotely without issues. It’s on the third floor of the building, which wasn’t too bad of a walk up but just something to be aware of.

Great location and hosting! Very walkable to everything you could imagine including the Spectrum and Village.

My 17 yo son, my husband, and I stayed at Adam’s place over spring break. We had a great stay - plenty of room for all of us, comfy beds and furniture. We also used the complex pool and gym, which were right across the street in the clubhouse. The beach walk to Monarch Beach was easy and so close to the apartment! An excellent place to stay in you are in the OC!

Perfect space for our family of 3 in a great neighborhood and everything we needed for Easter weekend! John was incredibly responsive and flexible with our stay and communication was excellent. Great spot in Laguna Niguel, nice location close to the beach and a bunch of different restaurants. Apartment was nice and clean and Calvin was super responsive and accommodating for the entire trip. Would definitely book again the next time I'm in Laguna Niguel.

We had a great stay at Lucia’s! She is a kind and responsive host, the place was impeccable and beautiful! It was a relaxing neighborhood and walkable to a plaza that had many shops and restaurants!

The two bedroom and 2 bathrooms was ideal for our needs. The complex area was large but it was peaceful and quiet. Having the laundry was a great help due to the length of time we were away from home. We walked to the beach which was beautiful. Kamila was very responsive to any questions I had. Check in was smooth and we liked the fact that we were in a gated community. My husband and I highly recommend Kamila’s Airbnb.

The house was perfect! It matched the description exactly and was a quick 15-20 mins drive to Disney. The rooms were clean and spacious, backyard was nice to be in, my daughter loved the doll house, and the level 2 Ev charger was great! The toys in the house made our kids extremely happy and the hosts are amazing! They are informative and friendly and we look forward to renting from them again

I have to say the most impressive plus point is the view and scenery. The neighborhood is amazing despite being a bit remote from local access. The second best thing is the communication and the desire to help guests. The inside is pretty old, and although it has almost all necessary equipment, they need to upgrade them, as they are very old and look like no update has been done. The gym shown in the photos is almost non-usable except for the treadmill and elliptical. The knives are blunt and need replacement. Repairs must be completed at their own expense, not the guests’. They should pause availability until all repairs are done. It’s not appropriate to place black plastic wrap on the roof. But overall, I give credit not because it was a perfect stay but because of the view and their communication. AND ABOVE ALL, WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AND I don’t want to consider a negative thing in my memory even if it’s unrelated. THAT IS HOW POSITIVE I AM.

Beautiful home and looks just like the pictures! Super close to Disneyland and golf courses. Very clean home, we would definitely stay here again!
