The owner decorated the room with some cool painting and artefacts. The room also got a nice view of the street, and I had everything I need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room located in the heart of Hanoi.

Quick response of the host is amazing even she is abroad. There were some small facility problems but the hospitality covered such everything!

To be honest,for our first day we did not get to see this place and was placed elsewhere because there was an unexpected power outage in the area so the hosts arranged another place for us to stay which we really appreciate. The place was a bit small but cozy and clean. The hosts were also very responsive and very friendly,responds within minutes when we ask something or asks for recommendations. It is also a short walk from the lake.

It was a great place for our first night in Hanoi. Anh was very responsive and friendly. There are a lot of stairs but very doable. The air conditioners work great. Very comfortable and great for the price. It was nice to walk through the alley way through a neighborhood restaurant. There is a Circle K nearby to grab waters and other things. We also did a massage around the alley from the apartment. It was awesome. Highly recommend. The place is very walkable and great for exploring on foot. Also recommend All Day Coffee about a block down. The food and pastries was very good

such a comfy stay! in a part of town where stuff is happening but you're so high up, so it's quiet. definitely recommend!

הדירה מהממת ומודרנית באמצע שכונת מגורים ויאטנמית אוטנטית, כלומר הדירה מערבית מאוד בעיצוב שלה ומתאימה לתיירים שרוצים להתפנק. מיקום מ ע ו ל ה על הרחוב הראשי! לכל מקום הלכנו ברגל. אנחנו היינו 8 חברים בדירה ואין חלל שהייה עבור כולם, מבאס אך הסתדרנו בסלון הקטן, למי שזה רלוונטי לו. בנוסף אין פינת אוכל אז לא בישלנו בעצמנו. המענה של המארח היה נגיש ונוח ולבבי, כך שהרגשנו ממש בנוח. השכנים מתלוננים על רעש וסיגריות אז צריך לשים לב. הייתה לנו שהייה נפלאה בדירה וממליצים בחום.

Booked a room here for my 2 days trip to Hanoi and the location is just perfect. There's a lot to see, do and eat just within walking distance, and both Hoan Kiem and Tay Ho is just a short taxi ride away. I got a written guide for everything, both before and during my stay, and Yen was super easy to contact. My group of 5 had the whole place for ourselves, which is convenient. The rooms were comfy, although you might have trouble with the stairs if mobility is an issue.

The 3 floors is as described in the photos. The house is accessible through a small alley which is clean and safe.. There is motorcycle parking space beside the house, local eateries right outside the alley and a cafe at the corner and even Highlands on the next block. The place is worth the price. The host sapphire is also very responsive and caters to our requests, just like when we request to unplug a powerbank that we forgot since we left for Halong Bay tour in a hurry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the area.

Tommy was a wonderful and friendly host. Always responsive and helpful. The small townhouse was comfortable for the two of us. The top floor is equipped with a projector and it was a nice touch during our lazy evenings. We initially booked for 4 weeks and decided to add a fifth one since we liked the area and the place. It's close to old town and the main attractions by foot while still being removed enough to feel local and quieter at night. The only thing to note is the stairway is quite narrow. It was not an issue for us at all, but people with mobility issues might find it difficult to navigate. We would gladly stay in this Airbnb again or in any other place Tommy lists in the future.

Villa Ánh Dương vẫn giữ được vẻ đẹp yên bình, tiện nghi và sạch sẽ như lần đầu. Không gian thoáng đãng, view đẹp và dịch vụ chất lượng khiến chúng tôi hoàn toàn hài lòng. Cảm ơn Khánh và đội ngũ nhân viên đã mang đến những kỷ niệm đáng giá. Chắc chắn chúng tôi sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu Villa Ánh Dương đến bạn bè, người thân!

The location of this house is great! it is located near Hoan Kiem Lake walking street / old quarter, you can do many things around this place, from shopping, chilling at the beer kiosk, and eat good food! The place is also clean! if you like to experience how local people live too, this place is the good choice! Mew is also a very nice owner, she will be always ready to help you if you need advice about what to do around Hanoi and she also will give you local recommendation! if you come in the group of 5 to 6 people, this will be a great choice! 😁
