Eclectic Hideaway with Backyard Pool & Hot Tub

Embrace the blissful ambiance of this tastefully appointed retreat. The home features terraced living areas, rustic wood accents, an array of furnishings and decor, central heat and air conditioning, well supplied kitchen and a backyard patio with a dining space, lounges, gas grill, a solar heated pool and a hot tub. Four bicycles are available for guests to use. Note: Solar heated pool is usually comfortably warm from May to October. It is not heated during the winter months. The hot tub is heated year-round. NO PARTIES: including bachelor, bachelorette, wedding rehearsal dinners, etc. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is approximately 2000 sq. feet. It accommodates 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 Cal King Bed, 3 Queen Beds. The house is located on a small, private cul-de-sac. The neighbors are all friendly, mostly original owners making for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Noisy parties are NOT appropriate. The dining room boasts a beautiful wooden dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry, gas range, microwave hood, dish washer, and an island with counter stools and recessed lighting. Feel free to use all the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The living room includes a 60-inch smart TV and a Bose surround sound system. The family/game room (stocked with an assortment of board games) contains a fireplace/wood stove, wet bar and opens to the patio area. The backyard has a solar heated swimming pool (cold in the winter months, generally comfortable June to October) and 5 person hot tub (heated year round), and is furnished with comfortable, matching dining and club chair sets. The master bedroom boasts a cal-king sleigh bed with quality bedding and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a window sitting area. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is located downstair; has a queen bed and is adjacent to the third bathroom. Other amenities include: • Free wifi • Washer/dryer • Gas BBQ grill • 4 Bicycles • Central air/heat Note: this home is a standard "tri-level". There is a shorter than normal stairway (9 steps) between the main floor and the second floor. There is an even shorter stairway (5 steps) from the main floor down to the family room and backyard. Total of 14 steps. This is the same total number of steps (treads) typically found on stairways between the first and second floors of most two story homes. (Additionally, the foyer is raised a little less than a normal stair step.) So, it has the same number of stair steps as most 2 story homes. However, the steps are divided into two shorter stairways. Lockbox code and instructions provided prior to your arrival. We are always available by phone/text and we have a local manager who lives very close by. The property is located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors and easy access to downtown, parks, and wineries. Home is located just off Arnold Drive near the golf course. This loft unit includes 1 parking spot and a key less door entrance for your convenience and safety. Tall airy ceiling and minimalist decor, VIP guests can unwind after a long day of work/entertainment. The 8 people dining table serves as conference area and work space for remote workers. Enhanced cleaning protocol is implemented between each visit. Some furniture may have moved around the house. Open spacious floor plan. 2 bed/1.5 bath loft condo on top floor with designated parking space below building. Overlooking Santana Row's trendy restaurants and high end shops. The perfect location to spend a weekend of shopping and entertainment. Also, the condo is equipped with office amenities for business travelers - printer, office desk, cable TV, a touch screen computer ( upon request ). We offer name brand king size bed with new Ghost mattress, new fridge and TV in media room/ NEST/ Bluetooth speaker. In addition, we have a small eclectic library for light reading -Coffee/tea - and filtered water for your enjoyment- just send any request in advance and we will try to arrange. If you have a business meeting - the conference table can accommodate up to 8 person. Condo is accessible via underground garage or lobby by key fob. I am available via sms for any questions. I live 40 minutes away - my co host is only 10 minutes away if you need anything. The loft faces the upscale Santana Row shopping district, which is decorated with flowers and a manicured garden. It has a great feel with live bands in the summer, and it's magical in the festive season. Choose from plenty of upscale restaurants. You can walk to the most prestigious shopping center - Westfield Mall - and grocery shop and pharmacy. Spa and restaurants and bar and shopping are only couple of feet away. You may never need to drive. If you have an estimated arrival time later than midnight, please let us know beforehand and we are willing to accommodate your late check-in.

Beautiful Luxury Victorian near San Francisco, Beach, Oak

Bring the past back to life in this updated historical residence. The house features original architecture details, a neutral color scheme, contemporary and antique furnishings, contrasting textures and patterns, and an outdoor dining area. Parties are not allowed. This is a beautiful Victorian house built in 1908, with delightful vintage details throughout, and recently luxurious upgrades from top to bottom. It is decorated with French Country theme. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and welcoming. House is equipped with high speed internet (free wifi), flat screen TV, and wash/dryer. Guests will have access to the entire house and the garden. I am a very easy going person. Every guest will be respected and be cared for during their stay. Absolutely no problem if you break a dish, a glass, or accidentally scratch a table or spill something on the carpet. Things are meant to be used and guests should live freely during their visit. I live in Santa Clara, 45mins south of Alameda. Not onsite most days, but always available by phone or text, and will give guests immediate attention. My kind neighbors Dean and Stacy offered to help in emergency situations. My grown up son, Sean (25), lives half miles away from the Airbnb is able to help as well. The home is in a charming neighborhood where people are very friendly and welcoming. It is walking distance to Webster Street, filled with restaurant and shops, and a few minutes walk to the Crown Beach with miles of trails and stunning views. The Victorian house is convenient and central located, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, 7 miles to Oakland International airport, 4 miles to Coliseum, Oracle Arena. Going to San Francisco, 12 miles by land, you have the options of taking the ferries, Bart (Lake Merritt Station) and bus AC Transit Route O (Santa Clara/9th bus stop, a few minutes walk) https://sfbaytransit.org/actransit/route/O Party is not allowed and quiet time is 9:30pm.

Cozy Pied-a-Terre in Downtown Santa Cruz

Private apartment located in the heart of Downtown Santa Cruz. Set back from the street with private entrance and bathroom. High, pine ceilings, natural light, and garden views. The beach is a few blocks in one direction and downtown cafes, restaurants, and shops around the corner. The apartment is best suited for two and guests can enjoy the sunny backyard as well. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and cozy bedding. The TV room has a pull out sofa (sleeps one) and the sitting room has a daybed (sleeps one). The kitchen is well appointed for cooking or just enjoying a nice cup of coffee or tea. Please contact host if your group is over two. Special arrangements will need to be made and are subject to availability. Private entrance, access to the backyard. My schedule rarely allows me to meet guests when they arrive. But the lock box and code allows guests to arrive at whatever time is convenient for them. I am always available through Airbnb, phone, text or email. The property is located in a vibrant neighborhood full of students and artists. The home is perfectly situated to explore downtown or take a 10-minute walk to the beach to discover famous surf spots. Bus stop going up to the University of California Santa Cruz is one block away. Metro hub with all buses is a 3 minute walk from the studio. Cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. are all within a few blocks proximity. Common walls allow sound to travel; practice being reasonably quiet in order for all guests to feel comfortable. Be respectful of neighbors and practice common sense. My City of Santa Cruz transient occupancy registration certificate number is 877-955.

Lovely and Spacious Ranch-Style Home With a Poolside Oasis

Santa Cruz Guesthouse Surrounded by Redwoods

Get back in touch with nature in a farmhouse-style property next to abundant woodlands and hiking trails (Permit 181242).
