It is also within walking distance to downtown Olcott Beach with various restaurants, bars, shops and Newfane Town Marina. It is equipped with all the amenities of home with an updated patio, grill and fire pit.

Woodcliff Cottage has been fully renovated. A new kitchen features granite countertops, high-end range, island/bar and spectacular views.
