Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Sandra's place is simply amazing. The setting right on the lake cannot be beat. The host provided so many thoughtful little extras that are not typical from an array of spices to bug spray and sun screen. We plan to come back and stay here again in the future.

It's an amazing location. We got to watch the tugboats come and go. Easy walking distance to all of downtown Portsmouth. We stayed at the end of April and there was p!enty of street parking, and the Hanover Parking Garage is less than a block away. And good hosts!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Jayne and Steve’s place is beautiful! Spotless, cozy accommodations in a gorgeous location. We stayed there the night before the solar eclipse to travel to totality and it was both convenient and comfortable. We would love to come back for some hiking and hope to book again!

Very comfortable and beautifully furnished with an amazing view of the ocean and the dunes! Even though we had rainy and chilly weather for most of our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if the occasion arose. Our hosts were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first floor rooms felt bigger than the photos indicated, and the house has beautiful views of the ocean and a peaceful neighborhood to walk in with our 5 and 7 year old. It was a four minute drive away from the seacoast science center too where our kids were going for camp, and only ten min to downtown Portsmouth and overall is the perfect beach house, with a bathroom immediately off the back entrance of the house for easy changing after beach visits. Also loved the separate sun porch so we could really have separate living quarters when the kids were sleeping upstairs. Only downside is we didn't have control of the heat pump so had to message when we wanted the temp changed. But otherwise, we loved it and will be booking again if we ever return for the kids camp!

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.

We had a lovely time at this place, it’s a bit small but we’ll appointed and you can’t beat the location, right on the river! The views out the back were incredible every day. This didn’t impact us but be aware the upstairs loft area is probably better for children and a tall adult would feel pretty cramped up there. As a rather short crew my family had no problems 😂. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful house in a perfect location - near Wolfeboro, near mountains. and gorgeous view of the lake. The house was in perfect order, clean, well-taken care of and comfortable. Nadia was responsive to all questions in a very timely and friendly manner. We had a terrific time and couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Christine's place was the perfect home base for hiking and other activities in the area. It's cozy, well-located, and offers beautiful views from a screened-in porch that's right on the water. I'd happily stay here again!

The Condo is perfect place to start from, centrally located and mere minutes walking to whatever your interested it, entertainment, food/drink, and of course the beach! The space itself, clean and functional, lends to a comfy place to unwind after a busy day. Diana is a fantastic host who was always available. She communicated everything we needed and more when necessary.

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.
