The place is beautiful and in a very convenient and walkable location to Old Town. Check in was smooth and Jorge and Josue even let us check in early which was very generous. Exclente lugar para descansar, el alojamiento de lo mejor que tiene San Blas, cuenta con todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea de lo mejor, la anfitriona Rosa super amigable y atenta a lo que te pueda faltar y ademas te recomienda muchas cosas si eres nuevo en el pueblo, sin duda regresaremos a tan agradable lugar, 100% recomendado

Isidro’s place is located in the center of action in the Zona Romántica, lots of restaurants and bars at his doorstep, the place is like the pictures and is a perfect size for one or two people. The only issue could be that because is the center of action, it could be a little noisy at night.

Villas del Rio is a lovely place to stay. It is as beautiful as the photos, and comfortable as well. Located toward the west end of town, it has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops, but is just at the edge of Centro, so the traffic and noise are somewhat less than a few blocks away. Still, Sayulita is a party town, so expect to hear music late into the night, and it’s best not to bring a car. Our host Ruben and the property manager Will warned us that street parking would be dicey, and when we found a spot around the corner, we didn’t move the car for five days. We certainly did not need it. Walking is the best mode of transportation. Stepping inside the gate feels like escaping into a tropical paradise. After the joyous chaos of the crowded streets, it is a welcome, peaceful retreat. Ruben and Will provided excellent information before we arrived and were always accessible, but we didn’t have any problems. Book a stay here if you can find open dates.

Beautiful modern apartment with a king-sized bed and rooftop pool with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains surrounding Puerto Vallarta. Chris and Karla are the host and hostess with the mostest. I stayed at their place for an entire month, and it was very well stocked with everything I could possibly need, including beach chairs and an umbrella, which I got a lot of use of. The beach is only a few blocks away, and there are plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby if you’re like me and don’t like to cook too much. I highly recommend Tacoquila & Market next door, where I would buy daily necessities and had some of the freshest and most flavorful guacamole and tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Jackson is a great chef and bartender. Polo, who helps manage the apartment, was super helpful. The neighbors are all lovely too. 10/10 highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only problem was the dogs that barked all night, next time we would need a fan that makes a slight continuous noise

Our stay at Casa Linda Vista was amazing. Alex is a great host. The view from the very large and private deck was awesome. The Malecon and beach are 5 minutes away and a large super market is a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our time in Sayulita and at Casa Jacqui. We spent our days exploring the town, relaxing at the beach, swimming in the pool and resting on the beautiful patio. A week well spent and would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mario qui est un hôte très accueillant et toujours flexible. Son logement n’est qu’à une dizaine de minutes du centre et permet de profiter d’une certaine tranquillité en même temps. Les lits étaient très confortable je recommande fortement

Magnifica ubicación para los que buscan una estancia tranquila alejada del centro. Para los que se viajan en auto propio deben considerar que no hay aparcamiento en el interior. Excellent location for those seeking a paceful stay away from the center. Those traveling by own car should note that there is no in site parking.

Excelente lugar!!! Yo quedé encantada con todo, el lugar muy lindo, limpio, las camas súper cómodas al igual que las almohadas, la decoración de muy buen gusto y la zona de alberca ufff! Fue la cereza del pastel, una vista hermosa desde ahí 🤩 Stefano excelente anfitrión, siempre al pendiente y muy amable. Sin duda este departamento será mi opción cuando regrese a Puerto Vallarta. Apartment was much bigger than the pictures made it look. Nice rooftop view. Great communication and very helpful.

We had the best escape at Alexis's place! The distance to town was perfect - maybe a three minute walk to the square and a five minute walk to the beach. Close enough to get there in an instant, but far enough away to be separate from the hustle and bustle. The place was free of clutter but had everything we needed. And the communication was impressive: quick, helpful, and informative! It was obvious there was thought put into what guests would want and would benefit from, and we soaked it up! We look forward to staying there on our next escape to Sayulita!

Great location for people that like to walk. Lots of restaurants around the area and the staff very friendly with all their guests

This was an excellent space and is right up the street from the Malecon and just over the bridge from Zona Romantica. I really love staying here. The kitchen had everything you could need, it was very clean and the AC worked very well. There are a few things to note on the not great side. The shower gets warm, never hot. It was mostly a nonissue for me, but there were a couple days during my trip I really wanted a hot shower! Another thing to note, N.A. this is both good and bad, is that there are no windows so I slept great, but sometimes found it difficult to wake up without any natural light coming into the unit. And lastly, during my stay there were lots to gnats that I couldn’t get rid of and many days there were large roaches that would run out from under the fridge. To end on a great note, the owner and their staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. Check in was smooth and they were incredibly responsive!

James’ apartment was exactly as listed and exactly as the photos shown. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The apartment is very well appointed and very comfortable, with a beautiful living/dining room with doors that open onto a lovely balcony with views that span the entire area. You can see the ocean on one side and the mountain on the other side. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast out there each morning. And then enjoyed drinks out there watching the sunset. We really enjoyed the location as it’s at the end of a road, so quieter, but still right in the middle of everything. Nothing was more than a 10 minute walk. I would absolutely recommend James’ apartment and we would definitely stay again when we come back to PV.

This was our second time staying at this building and we love the facilities and location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Alexander made check-in super easy. The condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time there.
