A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

An entire apartment only 8 minutes away from San Marco square with a private water gate and a STUNNING VIEW ! Situated on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

A stylish, spacious and recently renovated apartment with a lot of light. Located in lively and central Cannaregio district. Very easy to reach from the main terminals and near main water bus lines stops. Recline on a leather chesterfield sofa in surroundings full of historic touches. Venetian marble floors are offset by floor-to-ceiling drapes, along with original paintings of Italian masters. Three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a small patio. Full AC and heating.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Conta con un comodo soggiorno con cucina integrata, due camere da letto e due bagni. La camera da letto principale conta con un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera con un letto a castello.
