The Villa is very well located in a residential space of the Mascalucia Village, It is surrounded by a lovely garden with plenty of Sicilian fruits and palm tree. At the back the stunning swimming pool with outdoor facilities allows you to switch off and enjoy your own alfresco dining experience. It has two double bedroom, one with king size bed and the second with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, external shower and toilet and changing room, fully fitted kitchen and outdoor wood oven and barbecue.

Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Public parking is available just 200 m away; valet parking is also offered. The gondola to the beach is only a 4-minute walk away. The villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.

THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.
