14th and U St specifically. This is the neighborhood past Shaw, and is one of DC's best nightlife areas by far. Be warned it can get loud and rowdy late at night, but is quite a good time

If the club scene is more your vibe, definitely go to U Street in Washington DC and park at the Whole Foods parking garage
