The glue between Hollywood and Echo Park. Silver Lake has terrific shops and restaurants, but is less walkable than surrounding areas due to busy roads and hills.

This town is trendy, chic, friendly and gorgeous. You can walk the neighborhood in peace and site see. Walk to many shops and restaurants and bars. Please visit the silver lake stairs and take photos or do a workout. Silver Lake is close to Sunset Junction, Hollywood, Los Felix and Downtown LA, Griffith Park and Glendale. 10 minutes away from the Dodger stadium.

Silverlake is just north of East Hollywood and has that hispter vibe. Lots of expensive coffee shops and clothing boutiques to walk along Sunset Blvd.
