Clapham can be easily accessed and has a busy common with a vast array of sports on offer. It also has Northcote Road, packed full of sought after shops, bars and restaurants, as well as Clapham Old Town with it's Picture House cinema, theatre, and selection of eateries (including a great gelato house!). If you have children, why not try Mud Club at the Spinney (feel free to message us for more information). Our favourite spots to dine: WC under Clapham Common Tube Station (wine and charcuterie in the old station toilet). 32 Old Town - good for food and drinks Trinity and Trinity upstairs - Michelin Star Sinabro - Regularly changing set menu, very tasty food in a cosy setting.

Clapham is one of the trendier places to live in London. Great bars and lively nightlife with excellent transport links. Clapham Common park is the beating heart of the area.
