My wife and I are super hosts and have several airbnbs. we have stayed and dozens of them also and this house was beyond impressive with the small touches in terms of decoration and thoughtfulness The furnishings were clean and attractive and there was never any clutter there were not too many pictures on the wall and they were not too few the backyard was a train. Large welcome side with flamingos, lighting for the evening that was romantic and peaceful, hot tub was fabulous and the pool was the perfect size, they had putt-Putt for us to enjoy and plenty of towels to use by the pool, the lounge chairs were clean and kept well. The kitchen had a skylight artificial element that was creative and that we enjoyed The TV and the living room was enormous and easy to use and we enjoyed watching movies on it The master bathroom was large and spacious as was the shower can't say enough good things about this place. these folks have class. More importantly they were very responsive

We felt right at home. I would move right in “as is”. In about two dozen or so AirBnB and similar venues, this is easily in our all time top three and an excellent value.

Everything is new, clean, and well taken care of. The beds are comfortable, and we appreciated the blackout curtains on the windows. The kitchen is well stocked. The community is secure and convenient…it will be even better when the clubhouse opens up. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and the grandparents who stayed on the main floor…We could’ve easily had a few more guests with us.

The place was very beautiful. Appreciate the host for accepting a last minute reservation as we had an issue with our Airbnb originally and she accepted our request to stay at her home within 2 hours of desperately looking for somewhere. It was super clean and we had an amazing time. My entire family was able to be accommodated without feeling over crowded. Will book in the future.

The house was immaculate in a peaceful cul-de-sac close to all of the things that we needed. The host was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely rent this place again.

Great spot in a very quiet area. Great lap pool was heated. Kids swam while it was 40 degrees out and were comfortable. There was a ton of wildlife to see- sandhill cranes, alligators, turkeys, wood ducks, herons, rails, and plenty of fish. Very kind hosts went out of their way to make our stay as good as it could be. We would 100% stay there again.

This rental was great. Perfect location for access to the convention center! So spacious for our party of 6. The kitchen appliances were top notch. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The host, Katherine, was so helpful and accomodating. Will definitely book again when we have to come back to Orlando if it's available!!

Excellent stay, very close to amenities, pool, hot tub and pool bar. Immediate to Publix and other stores about a five minute walk. We love the balcony over courtyard and could see pond.and the stay was immediate adjacent to a walking path around pond. Very clean, lots of kitchen appliances, brand new fridge. We really enjoyed the whole experience!

We had a great stay here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It was super convenient and we loved the fact we could walk to the center. It was about a 15 minute walk to the center but well worth it to avoid OCCC parking. It was also incredibly close to Universal and Sea World, which we visited while here. Accessing the condo was super easy and tons of parking. Bring your own toilet paper, as only 1 roll was provided in each bathroom. And bring paper towels, if desired, as there were none provided. The pool next to the condo was closed for construction, but the main pool was a 10 minute walk and a great place to relax. We have to be back in the summer for another tournament and would definitely stay again.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was exactly as described and our host was extremely responsive and instructions were clear. The layout was excellent and the amenities were exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely reccomend this location for a stay with a large family as the space is very functional and the small details like pool toys, baby items make it worth it. The space is beautifully decorated and the proximity to shopping/restaurants & Disney make the location perfect!

Great location if you are going to visit the Universal studios. The place is nice, has a pool, close by restaurants and other places. The family loved staying at the place.

Wonderful host, everything was spot on and super clean. I was a bit worried about the check-in since we drove 16 hours from. Texas and arrived late and night but we're greated by security with a smile and they took good care of us to finally get some rest and enjoy the holidays with the family. THANK YOU SO MUCH! will definitely come back again
