My 13 year old nephew and I enjoyed the space and location. Being able to walk out to the beach any time was wonderful.

Location, location, location! Encinitas and this little bungalow was the highlight of our stay. The views from the living room and deck are breath taking, not to mention the amazing sunsets. Insider tip: the moon sets are equally impressive. Brooke was a 5 star host. Would recommend anytime!

The Bee Hive was so cute. We had so much fun. We love Encinitas. We parked our full-size suv in the designated parking spot and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked to the beach, we walked to get coffee in the mornings, we walked to shops and we even did d 2 different escape roomed on 2 different days. We can’t wait to go back!

This studio is fantastic. The photos do not do the location justice--it is VERY close to the beach. Any closer, and you'd be a house on the boardwalk with little privacy. I appreciated the details that Ginger has put into this studio--everything is labeled so you won't be wondering where anything is and she provides lots of extra that made for a stress free trip. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and loved that a pack-n-play, high chair, and children's kitchenware was provided! There's also toys appropriate for toddlers through older kids (adult boardgames too). The bunk room doesn't have a door (but this is a studio after all), but we brought a sound machine with us and there is a hallway pocket door to keep noise separate. Tina’s place was lovely and perfect for a family reunion. There were 10 of us (and a dog!) gathering together and the house was a perfect amount of space for all of us! The rooms were great and met everyone’s needs, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more to make meals at home, and the location was amazing to go on walks, dog beach, and target runs. The backyard was great for hanging out and there were plenty of extras to have a fun beach day. Tina was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to gather people and make fun memories, this is your spot! Thank you so much Tina for a great stay! :)

We had a fantastic stay at Clarissa’s place! The location is unbeatable—just a row of houses away from the beach and conveniently close to the Village, restaurants, and Legoland. Clarissa is an incredible host, always responsive and attentive to anything we needed. The home itself is well-equipped with everything you could ask for. We only used one bedroom in the back, and the bed was very comfortable. The long driveway behind a small gate was a huge plus, easily fitting our GMC truck and a smaller SUV. This home is also great for larger groups, with plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!

Millie’s place was at a perfect location walking distance to the beach, Millie was very helpful when needed. Would definitely come back. Sea world, the Marina and old town San Diego worked perfect for our stay.

This was our first stay on the southern California coast and high up on cliffs overlooking the ocean - and it was all that we hoped for. The photos are excellent, providing a fine indication of the home and surroundings. The furniture was comfortable, both interior and exterior, and the king bed, pillows and sheets in the primary bedroom were delightful. As the photos show you are not literally on the beach but over it. The sunsets (we stayed in January) were divine. We spent much time gazing at the sublime views of the endless ocean. It is a long walk or rather climb down to the beach, at about 100 or so steps once you get to the access stairs, but it was great exercise climbing up. During low tide the beach was walkable and fun, but during high tide you would have to walk on a stone beach. The neighborhood was interesting to walk and the pickleball courts in great condition. The location is very convenient. Thanks to Stephanie our host for great communication and support.

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Our second stay here and we will certainly be back. It’s a great place and we felt right at home! Location cannot be beat - near the beach and the village.

Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you, Stephanie!

Such a relaxing weekend at Britt & Susie’s Rancho Relaxo! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our getaway. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. It’s an absolutely gorgeous location, and we loved exploring the area as well as their local recommendations which were all amazing!!

We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

Great location, clean space!

This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

We stayed at Maria's place with our two 14- and 11-year-old kids for a week and had a perfect vacation. Maria had great recommendations and clear instructions on where to park and enter. We loved walking to Rosemont Cafe and the beach, and our favorite local dinners were at The Promiscuous Fork, The Taco Stand, and El Pescador. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and the patio was peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Diego. The location is unbeatable right on the beach with good views. There are tons of great food places within a 5-minute walk, which made it super convenient. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions and even recommending some awesome food spots. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

These were amazing days in an outstanding place. The house is e exactly as described and the location is perfect if you want to sit and relax looking the sunset. Couldn’t be more appropriate to what we were looking for. House was very clean and had everything we need.

You can't get any closer to the ocean. Amazing views. Lots of space and well stocked. It felt like two units in one with the split level layout. Host is very attentive and helpful.

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful and sparkling clean house, plenty of space and right across the street from Terramar Point, a great surf break. We could see dolphins and seabirds from the large windows of the house. One night we ordered delivery and ate watching the sunset from the rooftop! Anthony and Amanda were so kind and helpful. Lots of great restaurants in Carlsbad. We especially enjoyed dinner one night at Campfire. Incredible food and service. Highly recommend!!
