Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

Home was as described, beautiful with plenty of room. Peaceful and plenty of privacy. Pool was amazing! Emily was great a communicating and answered all our questions promptly.

Niko is an amazing host. His hospitality and kindness helped us through a tough time, as we needed to evacuate FL for a hurricane. He allowed us to stay with our pets, which was perfect. The area is quiet yet there’s still a lot to do just a few minutes up the road. Great area for bird (and other animal) watching. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it was beautiful nonetheless. Plus there’s a Buc-ees less than 15 minutes away! :o highly recommend for a nice relaxing trip, or if you need a place to stay in an emergency like us :) the area felt safe and secure. We would definitely come back!

Place is the perfect size for a bigger group with a good amount of beds and the big living room couch. The private pool was a nice addition as well and a huge backyard. Good walking distance to the beach.

Karen gave my family and I such a wonderful and stress free vacation from the moment we booked and beyond! She was very kind and reached out personally mutiple times to not only check on us but to even help excite us for the vacation. Her response time was immaculate! The house was also just like the pictures and we enjoyed all the amenities! What a deal for all the fun things to do under one roof! Even us older "kids" found ourselves on the trampoline and shooting hoops by the pool! The massage in the jacuzzi was the perfect ending to every night! It was a trip we will never forget and I can't wait to do it again! Thank you Karen!

We had a great time nice clean space just like the photos private back yard. I did feel a tad bit close to the neighbors when in the pool I just thought we were disturbing them but we enjoyed it neighbors were friendly

We had a fantastic week! Kids loved the pool, ping pong, and cornhole! We had everything we needed and Matthew was fast to respond to any questions. We had a lot of fun taking golf cart on drives around town as well. Highly recommend this place!

Such a beautiful home and our family enjoyed our stay. Not only was the house clean and welcoming but there was lots to do in the community and it was quiet, peaceful, and close to the beach. Bradford super helpful and accommodating, he was very friendly, polite and flexible we appreciate all he did to make our stay top tier. We would love to stay again at this beautiful home and when we return to Destin this will be our first choice!

We had a wonderful stay!! Our first family vacation to PCB and the house met all of our needs. The house was fully equipped with plenty of towels and kitchenware. The golf cart was perfect for heading to the beach or running to the local grocery store. The location was so close to an uncrowded and beautiful beach. And the host, Kiersten, was extremely responsive.

This place was an excellent choice for a large family or mixed group. There are downstairs and upstairs masters plus a first floor half bath and shared bath on the second. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool is a quick walk around the corner and the beach is literally a neighborhood stroll (totally family friendly). There are some beach supplies outside near the front door and the shuttle service is extremely convenient. The location is awesome for beautiful beach access, but also a fairly quick drive to additional beaches in case you want to switch things up. Publix & Whole Foods are around the corner - so convenient. Also, if you’re traveling with kids, we felt super safe here with five ranging from 8-15.

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

This is a great location! It is a really nice place very close to the beach and great for bike riders. The internet had stability issues, but this is not the fault of the host, it has more to do with the provider. I would definitely stay here again, but people need to realize that there are a lot of stairs in this house, not a problem for most people, but people with mobility issues or with small children need to be aware. The hosts were very responsive to questions and concerns, so I would recommend this location. There was construction going on next door, very close to this house due to the nature of a resort area and how close houses are built. It was very loud, but again, this is not the fault of the host and will be done at some point, but it was extremely loud during all working hours including Saturday. All in all I would definitely recommend this location and these hosts, just trying to give an honest perspective.

Wonderful Stay at Miramar Beach! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Miramar Beach, FL! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area and the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The water and snacks were a nice and welcoming surprise. It was almost like being at home and that's saying a lot because we're a big family. We weren't missing much to meet our needs and to keep to our usual routines. I especially appreciated the amount of towels available and the additional supplies, in general. We didn't use the laundry facilities but it was nice to know that was available if we needed it. I also loved that we could sign into the SMART TVs and watch our usual shows. Thank you for hosting my family and for providing a warm home away from home.

My family loved staying here! The home has EVERYTHING one could need. You really only need to bring your clothes, groceries, and self! It is truly a home away from home. The screened in porch was my favorite part. The king beds are very comfortable (supportive but not hard). The smaller bed seems to be on the firm side (we didn't use it but I would recommend an egg crate topper if you like more cushion). The price is great but the little details are what truly set this place apart from the others. All bedrooms have lamps, portable fans, and TVs. The kitchen has any dish you could need plus lots of extras like spices, dog bowls, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. A huge thanks to Nancy for being such a fantastic host!

The kids had a blast was great vacation and the family was able to relax

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The spacious layout was perfect for our group, and the walkable distance to the beach was a major plus. The free beach chairs and reserved spot made our beach days even more enjoyable. Perfectly perfect! The house layout, the condition, the beds, the showers, the stocked kitchen, the view, the location, the garage of options you don’t have to pack yourself - cannot say enough about how much two adults, two teens and two toddlers enjoyed our stay! Walks, beach, pool, boardwalk, golf cart, bikes, pizza, ice cream, cocktails, games, movies, great sleep and hot showers! Perfect!!
