It’s Just Darling

Welcome to "Just Darling" beach cottage off HWY 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Closest Beach access is a 10 minute walk via a short cut path or 2 minute drive. Enjoy restaurants, shops, bike trail etc... close to "Watercolor and Seaside” communities. Home is sun filled and cozy with everything you would need for your stay, including a community pool up the street. Baywatch Cottage

Our Bay-front Cottage was built in the mid 1930s as part of a small fishing village. It is well appointed, quiet,rustic and relaxing, a welcomed days end retreat from the hustle and bustle of vacationing in the Gulf Shores area. Great place for couples. We now have an outdoor solar shower. Great in summer, helps to make up for the small shower. People were smaller back then. Coming soon... the bike trail connecting to Gulf Shores and the National Park will be done soon. Rated #1 bike trails.

Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
