Fatemeh and her place were great!! She was extremely responsive and helpful and met us for check in, even with a late arrival. She answered all our questions and gave great recommendations. Her apartment is quiet and in a great location! She even gave us some local treats :) would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful rental! The highlight for me was definitely the garden — it’s perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a morning coffee. The view from the property is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset — I found myself just sitting outside and soaking it all in every evening. The host was welcoming and responsive, and the place was cozy. Everything was exactly as described. It truly felt like a retreat from the hustle and bustle. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic spot to unwind, this is it. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. We found what we needed. In addition, the location of this apartment is close to famous places. The check-in was smooth, and if I return to Florence, I will rebook with this gentleman.

Salvatore is a great host! He was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and close to all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at his place and we will definitely come back next time we visit Florence!

Where to start… After one day in Rome, I am still missing Firenze and Ale’s house. We definitely had the best time here. Okay, firstly the house is of course identical to the pictures. While you cannot see the sun through the curtain and the stunning sunset cathedral view(3 minutes walking from home) from pictures but you have to experience them by coming here! I’d like to mention that the facilities are even better than five-star resorts (and I mean it), especially the faucet and the towel heating hanger. Besides these above, what makes me recommend this house is the beautiful area and Ale himself! The minute you meet him, you would be overwhelmed by his gentleness, kindness, and warmth! Thank you Ale, for this great vacation we had here. Next time I would for sure spare more days here! If you might be worried about the location, my suggestion would be no worries at all. Bus 10 could take you anywhere and it runs quite frequently. A bite away from the crowded central is a big plus.

PROs: - Super quiet as it is away from the street - Very Clean - Francesco provides exceptional service, wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. - Francesco's communication is excellent, both prompt and thorough - A/C and heat in each room - spacious apt with 28 m² of space - TV in each room - Towels changed every 2 days - excellent location right beside Centro Storico and all restaurants and shops - 7 min walk to train station - always found free parking on Via Giovanni Amendola (250m away, 3 min walk) CONs: - I had to clean residue buildup in Nespresso machine water tank before use - shower is open on one side so water goes everywhere on bathroom floor - tiny fridge, enough for only 4 x 0,5L bottles - no microwave so can't make cappuccino
