Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

Wonderful place to stay in Florence. A short walk from all the sights. Great pizza restaurant literally round the corner. We were a family of four for just three nights and that worked great but it does mean losing the living room sofa so any longer might have been a little bit of a squash. Would be perfect for a couple for a longer stay. Great host.

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

Amanda war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nach einem Fußmarsch von etwa 20 min leicht erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die wichtigsten Kochutensilien vorhanden. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte die Straße etwas störend sein und die Nachbarn unter der Wohnung sprechen fast die ganze Nacht relativ laut - für diese Umstände ist Amanda aber natürlich nicht verantwortlich, das ist nur eine kleine Kritik an die Umgebung.

This is our 2nd stay at Cora’s place. We love being in the plaza where we can walk out and eat and browse the shops. The bed is quite comfy, with a beautiful view of the hills and plaza from the bedroom. The kitchen is updated and we shop right around the corner at Coop to prepare a few meals at home. It’s also lovely to sit with a glass of wine in the shared patio. We felt like we had it all to ourselves. We also loved the monthly market AND a flower sale in the plaza this visit. Greve is low key but lively and we love it! And Carlotta is lovely and helpful if you need anything.

abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte per un concerto al Nelson mandela forum. posizione ottima ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni c'è di tutto..pizzerie, ristoranti, super mercati, bar ecc. l'appartamento è molto pulito e ben tenuto, non manca nulla. Vanna è stata molto carina nel farcelo trovare già riscaldato, cosa non scontata con altri host. consiglio anche per soggiorni più lunghi in quanto l'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort. in più il centro di Firenze è poco distante, con la macchina o con i mezzi di trasporto. se dovesse capitare torneremo sicuramente!

Very nice apartment. Very clean and has everything needed for a confortable stay. Would recommend it to friends and family. Also, the location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere.

Apartamento com decoração elegante, lindo e confortável pertinho da estação de trem, a roupa de cama, mesa e banho impecáveis, sofá super confortável, televisão smart, Barbara foi ótima conosco, ela deu uma dica de estacionamento que eu economizei 50 euros! Super anfitriã, respondia rápido, e era super competente e organizada nas nossas dúvidas. A Farmácia mais antiga do mundo, que mais parece um palácio, lugar gratuito e maravilhoso fica na mesma rua, não deixem de visitar, é um encanto. Tudo pensado para o nosso conforto, além de todas as comodidades, na mobilia, utensílios, insumos único Airbnb que tinha sabonete intimo feminino e chapinha de cabelo, sim, especial para nós mulheres. Se eu voltar a Florença certamente me hospedarei com a Barbara.

Wat een prachtige verblijf en super uitzicht. Zoo ontzettend mooi over de Toscaanse heuvels. Het huis was erg sfeervol ingericht. Kortom super verblijf.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She communicates well and responds quickly. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. I definitely recommend this place.

Our farmhouse for the week was everything we needed! Complete peace away from everything in beautiful countryside. An easy 8 min drive into town where we rented bikes ( great rides in area) and ate at local restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and warm and even welcomed us with a delicious homemade pie! Although we were there in the Fall, the pool and outdoor area was very inviting! Highly recommend for a place away from the big city of Florence ( only 45 min away!)

The location was amazing, could see the Dome of the cathedral from the windows & as soon as you stepped into the street. Close to everything. The place was very comfortable & our hosts were welcoming and responsive to any questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their apartment to anyone visiting Florence. Even a Wine Window right around the corner 🍷

This apartment was perfect for 6 people! Well located, close but not too close from the busy area. The apartment has the look and feel of being in a Florentine house! We really enjoyed it. There is a parking place 10 minutes of walk from the apartment that was very convenient. We left the car there for 3 days no issues. David sent us a lot of information and recommendations! If you go to Florence, we highly recommend this place!!

Camillo et Eva sont des hôtes charmants. Très bonne réactivité de leur part et échanges très cordiaux, Je recommande vivement cet appartement très bien situé à deux pas du Duomo, très calme ( appartement donnant sur l'arrière avec très beaux points de vue sur les toits et la cathédrale ), bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et spacieux. Sans hésiter, lors d'un prochain séjour à Florence, je reviendrai dans ce lieu.

Chiara was a great host, and the apartment was a fantastic base for our trip. The location is perfect - so close to Florence but still has the peacefulness of the countryside. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and tidy, and we felt at home. The property has beautiful gardens, the pool area was lovely too. Chiara was also kind enough to make a dinner reservation for us, and gave us some great recommendations. We loved our stay!

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni davvero rilassanti nell’Airbnb “Michelangelo” di Massimo e la sua famiglia. La casa e’ davvero molto accogliente e tradizionale, accessoriata di tutto il necessario per cucinare e con una vista stupenda sulla valle e i tradizionali contorni della Toscana. La piscina con vista e la terrazza privata con vista , tavolo , gazebo , e barbecue sono perfetti per trascorre una bella giornata in compagnia e in totale privacy . Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Massimo, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il miele e l’olio di sua produzione come regalo di benvenuto, abbiamo apprezzato davvero la convenienza della location, facile da raggiungere tramite autostrada e centrale per poter vivere le esperienze che la valle del Chianti propone . Direi che il sogno di mia moglie americana di vedere le valli del Chianti si è avverato e non esiteremo a tornare da Massimo . Alla prossima!

Piccolo alloggio delizioso immerso nel verde, adatto per le coppie e ben fornito. I proprietari sono gentili, simpatici e molto disponibili, sempre pronti ad aiutare in caso di bisogno. L'appartamento, nella sua posizione tranquilla sulle colline, permette di rilassarsi e sfruttare le belle giornate con un tuffo in piscina, una grigliata sotto il sole oppure di fare una passeggiata seguendo uno dei numerosi percorsi presenti nei dintorni. All'interno la casa è confortevole, pulita e ben arredata, fornita di tutto ciò di cui si possa avere bisogno. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque abbia voglia di riposarsi e fare delle passeggiate nella natura.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s villa. The place is beautifully located within an easy walk to the tram station. The villa is absolutely stunning and full of history which Anna was more than happy to talk about. Anna is a wonderful host, always ready to share tips and recommendations. She made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back at any time! :)

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had the most amazing stay in the most beautiful location. The location is so beautiful it’s hard to believe it’s even real. Marcello was so kind, gave us recommendations on all the best places to go, how to get around, and always quickly answered all of our questions. He even went above and beyond to help us out when we found ourselves in a bind and needed some support. Best host ever! Kitchen is very well stocked with all might you need. I highly recommend Marcello’s place if you want a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Thank you Marcello, we can’t wait to come back!

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!
