Il centro antico è anche la zona frequentata dagli studenti e dai giovani brulicante di locali, ristoranti, pizzerie negozietti di artigianato, librerie e gallerie d'arte.

Dependance composta da ingresso con angolo cottura, bagno e camera da letto. Da tutte le stanze è possibile godere di vista panoramica sul Vesuvio. L'Immobile offre condizionatore, wi-fi gratuito e terrazzino antistante. E' situato a 10 km da Pompei Scavi e 25Km dall' aeroporto di Capodichino. La zona in cui si trova è ben servita da bar, farmacia, ristoranti ed è a pochi passi dalla Circumvesuviana con cui poter raggiungere velocemente Pompei Ercolano ,Costiera Amalfitana e Sorrentina

Il basso: tipica unità abitativa napoletana situata a ridosso della strada, rivisitata in chiave moderna e colorata in un luogo che trasuda storia e cultura: a pochi passi infatti si trova la reggia di Portici, la stazione del Granatello (primo crocevia in Italia) con il suo porto borbonico e le spiagge libere, e a soli 10 minuti a piedi gli scavi di Ercolano. Pochi minuti di treno per raggiungere il museo di Pietrarsa. Pizzerie, bar e servizi nelle vicinanze.
