Me and my fiancé stayed the weekend to celebrate 420 and had a blast. Great location to Old Colo City, Pikes Peak, and other things around. I would recommend staying at James’ house.

The location was perfect and our host was attentive to our needs as guests!

I had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's sweet cabin. It was warm and cozy, with everything I needed to settle in each evening. I was out all day and looked forward to coming back at night. The cabin had a good hot shower, a full kitchen and a comfortable bed with soft quilts and plenty of pillows. I slept well and woke to a family of deer walking by the deck in the early morning. I would definitely come back again.

My wife and I loved this stay! Super easy check in with clear communication from the host. Couldn’t have picked a better location to enjoy CO and Manitou Springs! Great location that made it so easy to get to all of the sites and experiences in the area. We definitely hope to be back soon! Highly recommend this stay!

This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

This house was exactly what we needed! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and only one block from a huge park and a grocery store. We spent an entire day hanging out in the backyard yard. Perfect for an our family.

Sigrid was an amazing host! Very knowledgeable of the area and friendly and helpful. The location was perfect — walkable, bikeable and a short drive to all the attractions — and the guest house was very comfortable, clean and felt like home. We enjoyed the amenities and little surprises throughout, and all of the helpful notes and instructions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Thanks so much!

Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.

We absolutely loved our stay in Colorado Springs and in this lovely rental. Great location for visiting the area’s sites. Wonderfully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with all the necessary amenities. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable bed for a restful sleep. We enjoyed visiting the Principal’s Office at Ivywild School which is located nearby. Such a fun and inventive place. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Melissa’s place. No complaints or negatives. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay! It was a prime location and Katie was super accommodating and helpful. The pillows were a little thin and the space would’ve benefited from a deep clean, but we would definitely come again. Thank you guys! It was also so convenient that there was a washer/drying rack to do our laundry.

This fit my families accommodation perfectly and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was within 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again.

We were very happy with the “love shack”! It was clean and comfortable and it was within walking distance to town where we found great restaurants and shops and not a far drive to hiking.

Host was perfect, very attentive the place was nice as the photons & clean the fire pit was so cute and cozy we mostly chilled by the fire :)

Nikole’s place became my home away from home for two weeks. She has thought of everything! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking basics and pretty much every tool you might need to prepare meals at home. It is spacious, clean and private inside and out and completely fenced in for the furries. I was fortunate to have found her place and would highly recommend it if you need to stay a few days!

Bills place was great! The tiny house was welcoming and the surroundings were beautiful. Unfortunately there was some construction outside the whole time we were there so parking was a bit annoying. Regardless, Bill was quick to respond to any issues and we had a great time!

Jacquie is a lovely host! Price was more than fair for the location and comfort we had while staying there. Light snacks were provided, and she was extremely responsive to questions!

This was my third time staying here and it was another awesome trip. The hosts are amazing and their home is beautiful and right in the heart of all Colorado Springs has to offer. Within minutes you can tour Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, visit Cheyenne Mountain/Zoo, walk around downtown Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City for fun shops, visit all of the museums. Close to Fort Carson and other military installations. Plus adorable deer/wildlife that will visit you daily :)

This was a cute cozy little Airbnb that had everything we needed for our 10 day stay visiting family and sight seeing.

Love the chicken coop!! Had a great time and Whitney was a great host!! We had trouble with a key and she was quick with a response and very helpful 🙏🏽🙏🏽 definitely will be returning!

The birdhouse was a wonderful place to stay. Hosts were proactive and responsive, everything was clean and as stated in the listing, and it was a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and not far from some great views and hiking. I worked from home while there and found the WiFi reliable. It’s compact, but perfect for a solo trip. Slightly difficult to find at first, but once you do, you’re golden.

My husband and I wanted to extend our impromptu mini honeymoon one more night somewhere close to our previous stay in Woodland Park. We were able to find this little home which was a good deal and very accurately described. It’s very centrally located to a downtown area (unsure if that’s the main part of the Springs). I loved that it was a converted carriage house, and they definitely made good use of the space! The bathroom was really nice and updated. Communication was great, and we were able to check in as soon as they got confirmation from the cleaners that the home was clean. I loved the little touches like the guest book and the binder full of information about the property owners and the managers. The only thing I would say is it was difficult to get to the loft with a baby, but that’s on us for not checking the sleeping situation in the listing well enough and not on them whatsoever! Just wanted to mention that, but it’s perfect for couples! Thank you for hosting us!
