Απο τις καλυτερες φιλοξενίες που υπάρχουν. Ο κυριος Αριστειδης ήταν τοσο βοηθητικός, που η λεξη ευχαριστώ ειναι λίγη! Το κατάλυμα ειναι φοβερό, οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις φωτογραφίες!

Beautiful villa perfectly situated 15 minutes from Karystos, a cute little town with plenty of good restaurants and markets. Location is stunning and very private with sweeping coastal views. We rented a car and took the ferry, which was easy to manage. The house is well constructed and nicely furnished. Outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and lounging in the sun. The only drawback for us was the insane amount of flies on the property. It got so bad that we were unable to eat outside and it was difficult to enjoy the patio. Aside from that it was a wonderful stay!

We spent a week here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The house was so private and very clean and the pool was bathed in sunlight all afternoon. About 5 mins by car to the port and 3 mins from a brilliant supermarket. This house has all you need to enjoy Skopelos and the Host is always on hand for tips and recommendations.

Despina was a fabulous host she gave us so much information regarding the island and where to go she helped us with restaurants, with the boat hire and she was there for our every need and nothing was too much trouble!! She text my husband most days to check we were happy and everything was ok! Which of course it was as the Villa was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the private beach which you could access from the garden down some steps which took about five minutes or so. We would definitely stay here again and we also loved Skiathos! We enjoyed so much our stay at the villa ! It really exceeded all our expectations. The check-in was very easy with Antony’s guidelines. The location and the view are absolutely gorgeous. We had the pleasure to walk along the coast to reach the village and enjoyed these walks so much. The villa itself offers all we needed for our little family and has a very nice designed touch. We felt at home straight away. The swimming pool under the pine tree overlooking the sea was refreshung and perfect during heat time. We had beaches, shops and restaurants nearby and Eleni helped us making feel at ease with many useful tips around the island. Clearly a memorable experience that we wish to renew as soon as possible !

A fost o vacanta reusita, peisaj superb, deasemenea locatia e una impresionanta atat prin arhitectura cat si poziție. Mulțumesc gazdei atat pentru întâmpinare cat si pentru atenția acordata pe tot timpul șederii.

We had a wonderful time at Pierros Place! If you want a more secluded, private holiday this place is perfect! The house was decorated and equipped more than nice - we felt at home right away. Adding to that feeling was the warm welcome by our housekeeper Geni, who showed us everything. The multiple terraces and the outdoor shower were other highlights. But if you plan to stay at this place, we recommend to rent out a car - not only to explore the island, but also for the slightly rough way home! We are already thinking about coming back next year!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung war, dank Marias toller Arbeit, super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

The pictures perfectly show the house and surroundings! We love a small town with enough restaurants to eat out when we want to and this was perfect! The host has a detailed listing of surrounding area with recommendations. The house was clean and well cared for. Any question we had was answered promptly. A great stay!!

Dimopoulos was a great host, helped us with all sorts of tips for restaurants and locations to visit. Very attentive. The house was very modern and high tech, very comfortable. The furniture was a bit worn down, but covered with nice covers it was ok. Outdoor erea was great. Lot's of reasons to come back.

Υπέροχο μέρος, πολύ προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρους χώρους φιλοξενίας. Εμείς με την παρέα μου (σύνολο 5 άτομα) μείναμε στην βίλα "ΙΩΑΝΝΑ" η οποία είναι εξαιρετική! Πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση, εξαιρετικό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό! Πολύ ικανοποιητική η πισίνα όσον αφορά το μέγεθος της και πολύ καθαρή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful villa that was exactly what we wanted. We were 3 adults and a 2 year old and the villa gave us plenty of space and was well equipped for eating in. A travel cot and high chair were provided. All the bedrooms are a good size and there’s plenty of space to completely unpack and hang all of your things up or put in drawers- I’ve actually never stayed somewhere with so much storage space! All bedrooms also have access to a balcony which is nice. Great outdoor space with a sunken trampoline which was perfect for our toddler. You can walk to the beach in about 30 minutes where there are some lovely restaurants, a little park is approximately 15/20 min walk and a great butchers and green grocers was about a 10 min walk- this was great for us as we love cooking and the produce was amazing. The area is pretty quiet and at the time of year we travelled mostly just locals which we really liked. The co-host Panos was SO helpful and accommodating and I would definitely book again.

What to say about Villa Karerina....we will be forever comparing other villas to this one as it was perfect! Charming host who couldn't do enough for us and everything we asked for she sorted. We spent more time at the villa than planned as we couldn't drag ourselves away. Pool was fantastic and views out of this world; watching the planes taking off and land were mesmerising. The villa was well equipped and a supermarket walkable in about half an hour with a taxi back as there is a steep hill to walk back up with shopping bags, so wouldn't recommend doing that unless you are extremely fit. Villa is very private and taxi rides not massively expensive into town, only a 10 minute drive away. We all highly recommend this villa to others. We can't wait to book again; if we don't next year it would surely be the year after. The views, villa amenities and location were just wonderful and will be ever imprinted on our minds!

Der Gastgeber Napoleon hat uns sehr herzlich und freundschaftlich empfangen. Das Haus war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand,und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sogar Trinkwasser für den Wasserspender hat uns Napoleon ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Eines der Highlights des Hauses, ist der atemberaubende Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Auch der Garten und der Pool waren in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Unmittelbarer in der Nähe befindet sich auch zwei der schönsten Strände der Insel und, es gibt unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Zusammengefasst einer der schönsten Orte seinen Urlaub zu genießen.

Huset som helhet gav möjlighet för alla att hitta alternativa platser. Generösa gemensamhetsytor, både ute och inne. Vi var 10 personer, 3 generationer och fick lätt plats runt matbord och TV-soffor. Köket var mycket välutrustat, sängarna bekväma, badrummen alla utmärkta. Det fanns t o m hårtork i varje! Huset har 4 våningar men det finns hiss! Mapp med instruktioner och bra tips finns också. Lefteris var tillgänglig och hjälpsam och pratar bra engelska. Vi tyckte Nea Makri hade de bästa restaurangerna och stränderna. Poolen var toppen. Som helhet var vi mycket nöjda med allt. Vi var alla mycket nöjda.

The accommodation was lovely, beautiful views and exactly as described. Rania was an excellent host and was always happy to answer our questions and help us on occasion. We had a great time staying in Penelope villa. Would definitely return.

The 180 degree view of the Pagasetic Gulf is absolutely extraordinary and the location’s natural silence is like a medicine for the soul. Great sized swimming pool that gets sun all day long, comfortable beds, and well equipped home. Bear in mind the bathroom/shower room in the mezzanine is very small and touch ups are required in some areas of the house and communal spaces (stained/chipped walls etc) but overall a very tasteful property with beautiful lavender gardens and olive trees. Our host Revi was genuinely lovely and very helpful! Pinakates and neighbouring Vyzitsa are two of the most beautiful villages of Pelion. We plan to return

Waren zu 6. in der Unterkunft und es war absolut perfekt. Alles wie beschreiben und extrem hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Grundstück war sehr gut abgesichert und sehr sicher. Alles was man braucht ist in der nähe. Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat und alles wichtige mitgeteilte und wo wir was finden. Mega viele Tips zum örtlichen gegeben. VIELEN DANK

Nino is een super Host, bij aankomst stonden er verse brownies, water en wijn klaar. Accommodatie was zeer netjes en schoon. Deze villa is perfect voor een gezin met zowel kleine als volwassen kinderen. Genoeg bedden, 2 ruime badkamers en alles is aanwezig Dorp is op loopafstand en er is genoeg te doen. Zwembad is een zeer grote pluspunt, helder water en heerlijk temperatuur. Ik kan totaal niks negatiefs verzinnen over deze villa en ons verblijf. We hebben enorm genoten en voelde ons erg thuis, kan deze villa iedereen aanraden!! Dank je wel Nino 😊😊

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool, der jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Es entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat zur Begrüßung Obst und Wasser bereit gestellt. Obwohl er kein English spricht und wir leider kein Griechisch, klappte die Kommunikation problemlos und auf Anfragen reagierte er sofort. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da keine Läden oder Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl geführt und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

The place was exactly what we wanted, plenty of space, great pool and surrounds with lots of shade. Great area for games for the kids to kick a ball and play cricket. About 10 min walk to town and restaurants which was perfect. The host was very responsive to every question we asked. The place was very clean and our linen was changed 3 times during our stay. The whole experience could not have been better.

The house was the same as the photos. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the host was friendly. Noteworthy is the fact that a few guys came to the house randomly and unannounced to clean the pool or water the grass. I believe they should have warned us in advance for these visits as they could have easily been thieves/criminals.

Wir haben Irinis Hause in der absoluten Nachsaison im Oktober gebucht. Und das war super, denn wir hatten die tollen Strände für uns alleine. Das Haus und der Pool ist perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Betten bequem. Unser Highlight, die Katzen der Nachbaren. Das Haus ist umgeben von olivenbäumen. Und morgens kräht der Hahn und der Ziegenhirte läuft am Garten vorbei. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, schon alleine um die vielen Strände zu besuchen. Natürlich waren viele Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht mehr auf. Unser Tipp ist Afitos, wo man noch eine gute Auswahl hat. Hier unbedingt zum Restaurant Mpogiata essen gehen! Am Strand von Pefkohori zwischen Pier und Wassersport Pefkohori war auch noch ein paar Bars offen. Der Whitebeach bei uns im Ort hatte noch Liegen stehen, die wir für 10 Euro nutzen durften. Am dem Strand dort waren wir ebenfalls alleine! In der Nebensaison würden wir zu hundertprozent nochmal wiederkommen.
