The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

Το δωμάτιο είναι πολυ κοντά με το κεντρο του Βόλου (με τα πόδια είναι γύρω στα 15λεπτα). Ο χώρος είναι πολύ μεγάλος και ήταν παρα πολύ καθαρός. Έχει καλοριφέρ που ζέσταναν το χώρο όσο είμασταν μέσα και είχαμε πάντα ζεστό νερό. Το τζακούζι ήταν φοβερό καθώς το χρησιμοποιήσαμε. Και πάνω από όλα ο κύριος Αχιλλέας ήταν πολύ συνεννοησιμος και ευγενικός. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα 😊 Το συστήνουμε σίγουρα!!

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

We stayed for just one night, but it was an unforgettable experience! The apartment was beautifully designed with so many unique details that gave it a stylish and cozy vibe. The rooftop was spacious and perfect for relaxing it felt like our own private oasis in the city. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi it was clean, comfortable, and made the stay feel extra luxurious. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available if we needed anything. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in Athens! --- Want it to sound more casual, romantic, or professional? I can tweak it.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Ο οικοδεσπότης μας έδωσε οδηγίες και μας ρωτούσε καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας αν χρειαζόμασταν κάτι παραπάνω και αν υπήρχε κάποιο θέμα με τη διαμονή μας. Παρόλο που δεν βρήκαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα, ξέραμε ότι ανά πάσα ώρα και στιγμή μπορούσαμε να τον ενοχλήσουμε αν χρειαζόμασταν κάτι . Είχε πολύ κοντά μας εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά για καφέ. Ολα πεντακάθαρα !!

Οτι και να πούμε είναι λίγο!! Πήγαμε στην Villa Emma,και η Κ.Εμμα μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε τον αρραβώνα μας εκεί καθώς και κάναμε έναν μοντέρνο αρραβώνα /Παρτυ . Ή Κ. εμμα μας υποδέχτηκε μέσα από την καρδιά της,γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας . Για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε ή χρειαζόμασταν κάποια βοήθεια ήταν εκεί .Απλα υπέροχη!! Το σπίτι χάνει πολύ από τις φωτογραφίες με το πως είναι στην πραγματικότητα , είναι απλά ένα ονειρο!! Είναι φανταστικό σε σημείο αρκετά ήσυχο !! Το σπίτι είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμένο τερααστιο & πεντακάθαρο! Όλος ο κόσμος την ημέρα του αρραβώνα εντυπωσιάστηκε από το πόσο όμορφος ήταν ο χώρος , καθώς και οι οικογενειακοί φίλοι που φιλοξενήσαμε . Ψήσαμε στο barbecue που έχει καθώς είχε όλον τον εξοπλισμό δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τίποτα εμείς από το σπίτι μας και το ευχαριστηθήκαμε.Δεν φτάνουν αυτά που θέλω να πω μα το μόνο σίγουρο πως θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε καθώς μείναμε άναυδοι και υπερευχαριστημενοι

Très beau logement dans les montagnes. La seule chose à redire c’est le message avec les instructions d’arrivée qui était en grec donc obligé de traduire le gros message ce qui n’est pas pratique. Sinon rien à redire, le logement était parfait !

The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

I stayed at Nikos and Nancy’s place for a friend’s 30th birthday, and while it was the winter, it was a completely restorative, beautiful stay and one we’ll be thinking of for a very long time. The property is stunning in person and truly better than most spa retreats I’ve been to. The town was quiet and walkable which is really exactly what we needed and the facilities were brilliant (every single detail is thought through right up to the orange juicer which we used since we were there around citrus season). Nikos and Nancy are also very gracious and responsive hosts who gave us tonnes of advice regarding our trip and also went over and above to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be planning a trip there again in the summer for sure.

Wij hebben een heerlijke maand gehad in dit huisje, het had alles wat we zochten. Vooral het terras met uitzicht op zee, met een tafel om lekker aan te ontbijten, was super. Er waren wat problemen met warm water, maar het contact met Thanasis was altijd heel snel en goed, hij zorgt meteen voor een oplossing en is ontzettend behulpzaam! In november is het rustig op Pelion, maar het is heel mooi, en in de supermarktjes in Platanias kun je alles vinden. Wij wilden een maandje rust en de mogelijkheid om te werken op onze laptops, dat was hiervoor perfect. Voor mensen die hetzelfde zoeken, raad ik het zeker aan. Dankjewel!

Eine sehr gute Variante, wenn man in der Nähe vom Meer sein möchte, aber gleichzeitig Privatsphere haben mag. Die Aussicht war sensationell. Im August ist in der Gegend voll uns tatsächlich viel los, aber die Ruhe, die die Unterkunft gewährleistet, war einmalig. Wir waren 8 Tage lang mit 3 Kinder und einem Hund und alles war besser als erwartet.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool, der jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Es entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat zur Begrüßung Obst und Wasser bereit gestellt. Obwohl er kein English spricht und wir leider kein Griechisch, klappte die Kommunikation problemlos und auf Anfragen reagierte er sofort. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da keine Läden oder Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl geführt und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Where we stay is a beautiful location with tons to see. There are quite a few restaurants walking distance as well as the Byzantine church. Highly recommend taking a walk to this area. The host was also very helpful with recommendations of where to go as a “local” and was super flexible with our check in time.

What to say about Villa Karerina....we will be forever comparing other villas to this one as it was perfect! Charming host who couldn't do enough for us and everything we asked for she sorted. We spent more time at the villa than planned as we couldn't drag ourselves away. Pool was fantastic and views out of this world; watching the planes taking off and land were mesmerising. The villa was well equipped and a supermarket walkable in about half an hour with a taxi back as there is a steep hill to walk back up with shopping bags, so wouldn't recommend doing that unless you are extremely fit. Villa is very private and taxi rides not massively expensive into town, only a 10 minute drive away. We all highly recommend this villa to others. We can't wait to book again; if we don't next year it would surely be the year after. The views, villa amenities and location were just wonderful and will be ever imprinted on our minds!
