Do not book with us if you are going to complain and hoping to get a free stay. Beautiful outdoor soaking tub. This original Topanga cabin complete with brick floors and a turret room which is used as a yoga and meditation loft. It is a rustic space and best for people who enjoy nature & camping. Miles of state park trails are directly off of your private back deck. And the best beaches in CA are just minutes away! If you are physically unable to light a fire in a fireplace, please do not book.

This adorable cottage is located on a treelined street, nestled in Monrovia's premier historical tract. This quiet, family friendly neighborhood exudes the warm welcome and security of a small town and filled with the enchanting beauty of nature and historical architecture. The location is most ideal as it is just a short 10min walk from enjoying the nature trails of canyon park, and the wonderful dining, cafes, and bars of Old Town Monrovia. This is a perfect getaway for one or two couples.

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
