Artfully Renovated Stone House Overlooking the City of Noto

Ancient walls and modern conveniences coexist in peaceful harmony in this architect's house. Glazed doors in the bedrooms and living areas open onto a rolling landscape. Dine alfresco on a sheltered patio and go for a swim in a pool with a view. Le Casuzze is a holiday home which was completed in the summer of 2017 and designed by an architect from Bologna. It is perfectly integrated in the landscape behind the baroque town of Noto, and offers a superb view of the sea, the town and the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Finding a balance between luxury and simplicity is difficult task, which the the architect has mastered incredibly well. The three bedrooms (all of which have a separate en-suite bathroom) have replaced the stables, whilst the living room is placed in the old housing quarters. There where empty space previously separated the two buildings now stands the kitchen. A fourth bathroom is accessible via the living-room. All the rooms are connected with one another and can also be accessed via the outside terraces, which face the south and east respecitively – the former offering a superb panomaric view of the surrounding landscape. The seven-by-seven-meter large pool was designed to resemble a Gebbia: an antique water reservoir; The pool area constituting the transition between the house and the mediterranean Macchia. The entire property is defined by an incredibly calm and harmonious atmosphere and is the perfect place to wind down. Le Casuzze is located on a beautiful ridge behind Noto, overlooking the city and the sea. Take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean scrub from here, undisturbed by the few houses in the neighborhood.

Villa Baia del Riccio si trova tra Catania e Siracusa, fronte mare. Arredata con gusto e con tutti i comfort. L'ambiente esterno è composto da ampie terrazze attrezzate, un accogliente portico, una bella piscina, doccia esterna e barbecue. Gli ambienti interni, ben arredati, sono costituiti da un ampio soggiorno, zona pranzo, una cucina, tre matrimoniali, una doppia e tre bagni con doccia. Inoltre aria condizionata in tutte le camere, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, Wi-Fi e parcheggio.

La casa Alcova è all’interno di villa Lionti insieme ad altre 5 case, tutte disponibili sul sito Airbnb. Dormirai in un'alcova del 1700 con affreschi, pareti decorate e mobili di pregio, tappeti, patio privato, all'interno di una fattoria fortificata del 1700 in pietra lavica Avendo deciso di effettuare un "restauro conservativo/filologico" alcuni dettagli come pavimenti, pitture, finiture delle pareti, porte, finestre, appaiono "rustici/rurali" rispetto agli standard odierni. WiFi fino 300 Mbps

Antico Palmento in Castello con piscina

L'alloggio è tranquillo, immerso in un'oasi verde, ma anche centrale, vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Adatto a coppie, anche con un bambino, a single e a chi viaggia per lavoro. La vicinanza alla tangenziale rende facilmente raggiungibile l'autostrada per Palermo, Siracusa, Ragusa e Messina. E' un'ottima base di partenza per gite sull'Etna e per le principali località turistiche della Sicilia orientale e per la città di Catania. Perfetto per chi ama la piscina! Parcheggio gratuito in strada.

La Casa in Riva al Mare - Suite Vera

Case vacanza indipendenti, a due passi dalla bellissima scogliera di costa pergola, arredate in stile coastal, confortevoli ed adatte a coppie alla ricerca del relax ma anche a famiglie, massimo 4 persone per suite con cucina e soggiorno dotate di tutti gli accessori, due camera da letto e bagno. La piscina, il giardino sono spazi condivisi da entrambe le suite. Accesso alla scogliera direttamente dalla villa. Da entrambe si gode di una bellissima vista del golfo di catania e il monte Etna.

Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Etna and sea view

LA CASA NEL BLU overlooks the sea and has a large terrace with a stunning view of Mount Etna. With a shared swimming pool overhanging the sea, recently renovated by a well-known architect of Catania, it has a new tailor-made furniture. The house is located outside the city centers and it is ideal for those who love the sea, relax and quietness. A car is needed to go to shops and supermarkets. Sunsets are unforgettable!
