This house has an open floor plan, high ceiling, light-up color-changing pool, and spacious rooms. Outside, take a dip in the large pebble pool, there’s also an outdoor shower to rinse off, relax on the sunny patio, or enjoy organic lemons from the lemon tree. Take a walk, go for a picnic, or play tennis at the park which is just across the street!

HB Starfish Cottage

Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a small privatdeck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
