Il se trouve à côté de la place de la République et du canal, le quartier est super sympa et vous êtes près de tout, idéal pour visiter Paris à pied ou alors prendre le métro pour aller plus loin (4 lignes directes) Il a été entièrement et joliment rénové en 2024. Vous avez à votre disposition tout le nécessaire - four, cafetières, fer à repasser.. etc Bars, terrasses et petits restaurants autour. Enjoy Paris !

Notre appartement est situé dans le 10ème arrondissement, à Belleville, dans un quartier central, pleinde bonnes adresses! Il dispose d'une salle de bain avec baignoire, d'une chambre avec un lit double 160, de toilettes séparés et d'une cuisine donnant sur le salon et sur le balcon. Il est très agréable à vivre , nous y vivons à plein temps et y sommes très heureux :) Nous avons un chat adorable qui part avec nous ou reste dans l'appartement sur demande! 5ème étage sans ascenseur.
