Alice’s Place was absolutely beautiful and spacious. My sister and I did 4 nights at her place and we felt comfortable the entire time. It’s located in a great area and right across the street from a convenience store. A very short walk down the street is a 7 11, a grocery store, a couple of restaurants, and a bus stop that will drop you in Shinjuku immediately and around the corner from Shibuya. It is in a beautiful part of the city and not too far off a walk from a metro stop. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to stay in Tokyo, but not in the high traffic areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya.

The host was extremely friendly, helpful, generous and proactive -- maybe the best I have interacted with during my Airbnb travels! The apartment was on the small side for a family of four. There was just enough space for all of us, which was kind of cozy. Location is good if you don't mind it being on the outskirts of a nightlife restaurant area. There was a bit of noise, but not much. There are two stations, Okachimachi and Ueno within an easy walking distance. Will definitely consider this apartment on my next trip to Tokyo!

Great place to stay especially if you value space & don't like crowds. We stayed for a month & really appreciated the weekly in-room cleaning service provided. In room washer & dryer was really handy. Fantastic coffee stand nearby - we look forward to our mornings! Bed size a bit tight for us (we are Asians & small size but we are used to our king size bed at home). Experienced some sewage smell during our 2nd week there but the issue was handled promptly. All in all a pretty good stay but in the summer, the 12mins walk to Skytree may not be so enjoyable.

We had a great two week stay here! It had everything we needed and it was very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to everything you may need. The coffee shop across the street is amazing, there are multiple convenience stores a few minutes away, and the train station is very close. Check in was easy and the host is very responsive. Overall we would recommend staying here!

Muy buen lugar para alojarse, la ubicación excelente y muy práctico el departamento. Lamentamos que el check in sea a las 5 PM, que en invierno ya es casi de noche. Después de rogarles nos dejaron entrar a las 4 PM, cosa que agradezco, pero igual me parece muy tarde el horario de check in. Todo lo demás muy bueno!

Really happy with where we stayed! Only a 10 minute walk from the closest station. Big enough for 3 of us and was ideal for our few days there

Our family of four (kids 8 and 5) had an overall great 6 day stay in this apartment building. We appreciated having two separate bedrooms (hard to find at a Tokyo hotel) and a kitchen we could prepare coffee and breakfast on our own. Having a washing machine was also helpful! Akasaka seems like a business-y district, but it was quieter and had fewer tourists than other areas we visited, which was nice to come home too, while still having lots of grocery stores, 7-11 and restaurants. The Harry Potter themed Akasaka metro station was a hit with our boys and we had an easy time getting around the city from either this station or the Akasaka Mitsuke option.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und wir brauchten nur 25 Min. ins Disneyland Tokio. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
