Sweet Retreat!

This was my 2nd stay here. The location and amenities were perfect for me. Easy to get onto the freeway and get to the Museum District area. I was forewarned before confirmation that there would be construction on the main house next door. But most of the time they were either not there, or I was not there or the sounds were unnoticed. Joan-Amber also informed me before confirmation that the oven/stove was unavailable and being replaced. But they had substituted a plug-in, two burner hot plate and a toaster oven in lieu of that. It turns out I didn't use either. But they would have been adequate for whatever cooking I wanted to do. I stayed a week. Though no washer/dryer, there is a very nice, secure and economical laundromat a few books away on Park & Findlay. Improvements are being made to the property. s

An Opulent Oasis Luxury Retreat

The place was very clean in a new gated apartment complex. Everything around it seems new. The only complaint is the number of towels was inadequate for our stay. 4 towels for 5 people for 4 nights. There is a washer and dryer but no detergent so bring your own. Other than that, zero complaints

Very nice little apartment right on the River Walk. The place was very clean, and decorated very nicely. The host was very responsive - had a minor issue (needed laundry detergent) and she was on it! Bed was very comfortable. Only thing I would mention is that it's a little bit of a pain to get in and out of (not the host's fault, just nature of being in an apartment - have to park outside - go inside get key/fob from lockbox, get parking pass, go back out, drive around block to park in garage, then haul things in (a little bit of a walk from garage, not terrible, just not super close). Only other thing I'd mention is that while it is right on the River Walk, you will have to walk about a mile to get to the heart of things (restaurants, etc.) and there were homeless persons hanging out under the bridges, so a few times, we left the Walk to go over bridges on the surface streets above. Again, not the owners fault, just mentioning.

The host was very helpful and responsive upon check in. This was one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've ever stayed in and I really appreciated that. Apartment was cozy and conveniently located once we figured out how to get the key and park in the garage. I would stay here again as it is located near the medical center area and NRG.

Great location and the first floor apt made access to the river walk super easy. Host was very communicative and helpful. Crib and high hair were an added bonus. Would stay there again!

This was a very nice and comfortable apartment. Right off the highway but very quiet! The community amenities looked very nice. The pool was unexpectedly closed, so that was a bummer. Overall, we would stay here again. It is a great value and a great host!

I stayed at this beautiful home with my 2 friends for a weekend getaway, and we had a wonderful time! The air bnb was very spacious, super clean, and it felt like home. Loved that the location was close to so many nice restaurants! Dianna was such an incredible host! She was super responsive, gave very clear instructions, and had plenty of suggestions for us to do over the weekend. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Houston.

very helpful group! came for a concert and they made the process of everything super easy. manny, one of the on site managers, went as far as to re clean our sheets before we got there because they'd been sitting in the room for a bit. amazing group and a nice place to stay for a weekend

Perfect rental property for a weekend away in the Gruene/New Braunfels area. We had 6 in our group and we were all very comfortable. The best part was the location; we were able to walk to Gruene! I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for our needs- very close to the medical centers. The complex was gated and felt very safe. The host was very accommodating- we had to extend our stay twice and they were very helpful with this. The space was just what we needed for our family during a very trying time. We were able to rest comfortably and cook all our meals and be together quietly. There is also a gorgeous pool area and gym we were able to access. I would highly recommend, especially, if you may need flexibility in your stay in Houston.

The apartments were beautiful to stay in. Everything was in the area so we didn’t have to go far. We did have trouble getting inside the parking garage because I received two gate codes. My friends and I had an amazing time stay here.

Loved the neighborhood, ease of getting in/out, privacy and quick communication. The accommodations were extremely clean! Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay there again.
