While you will have full access everything listed here, part of the 1st floor (full blocked off with private separate entrance) is another Airbnb unit. You may run into other guests due to a shared outdoor gated entry but each unit has a separate private and secure entrance into the Airbnbs. The kitchen and dining area are right above the 1st floor Airbnb, so we appreciate not walking with your shoes (if loud) upstairs. Less than a 5-minute drive from downtown, diverse culinary options are on the doorstep, from food trucks to breweries and steakhouses. Minutes from the new HEB and other amenities. Hobby Airport is 15-30 Minutes away depending on traffic. George Bush Airport is 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic. Local bus station is a 6 minute walk away. You can bike to the closest rail line station. This is Texas though so driving (including Uber) is usually the easiest way to get around. We will send more detailed access instructions (tips, really) the day of or the day prior to your arrival, so please keep an eye out for that. Access to the unit is completely host-free, so you can check in at any time after 3pm and come and go as you please, no matter the time! The Mueller development is 2 miles away where the H-E-B grocery store is located if you’re looking to cook your own meals in the kitchen. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees.
