The apartment is part of a 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Spacious, kitchen, newly renovated, amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, large yard, wonderful back porch, great book selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off-street parking—local art on walls. We live upstairs in a separate unit, and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

With almost 1000 sf of private space, there is ample room to rest and relax at the leather sectional watching Netflix on the 70" smart TV or work at the executive desk.
