In all of my travels, this has been my absolute favorite AirBnb that I have ever rented. It is so beautiful, just as it is in the pictures. It was impeccably clean. The location is just a few blocks from the town square. You can walk everywhere to downtown. We visited the Farmers Market on Saturday morning, did some local shopping and ate at some wonderful restaurants. I have family in the area and I can’t wait to come back and rent this unit. The homeowners were so lovely. They paid so much attention to detail in their rental. They were kind enough to have snacks available, soda and water in the refrigerator and they also had a huge basket of things in the bathroom, in case you forgot something. This place is a GEM!

Me and my friends went out to Arkansas for a concert over there and looked around for an Airbnb. When we saw this one we knew it was going to be amazing. Had everything it listed and more! We absolutely loved it. We did have an accident, we broke an ice tray accidentally, the host was so understanding and friendly when we told her. I know I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.🙂

I stayed 3 nights here and I felt like I was at home. All appliances needed were readily available, the location was perfect, with plenty to see and do nearby. I look forward to staying here again when I visit NWA!!

Mit has been fantastic in accomidating us. The place we just as advertised and has been a great resource for us to stay in comfort and privacy.

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

The stay was perfect! Justin’s place was gorgeous and accommodating in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view from the back deck. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much for everything!

This was a beautiful home and in a great neighborhood. There is a nice back porch with a pretty view where we saw deer every day which was an added bonus. Rodrique was very proactive and a friendly host. My family definitely plans to stay here again and I highly recommend!

I was in town for work and spent a week staying at Megan and Monty’s place. It was easy to check in, comfortable, clean, and perfect for what I needed. The little creek behind the place was flowing and it was so nice to hear. Overall, an excellent place to stay

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

The location was absolutely prime. We frequent the BV area and will be coming back. The BVCC is right next door with great food, and if you are looking for a good challenging course there are plenty in the area. Well done Nels!

Blake’s place was just as described. Was a good location. Everything was clean and neat. They even let me and my friend check out at noon so we would have time to shower after the Hogeye marathon. Would definitely stay here again.
