Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, family bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and ensuite shower room to the master. The twin room can be set up as a king bed or 2 singles. Private drive for parking for several vehicles. In an established residential area the house has a degree of privacy, and close to shops. 5 mins drive from Wrexham centre,15mins from Llangollen/LLandegla and 20mins from Chester.

Originally built in 1877 as a miners cottage, the house oozes quality and has been restored to an extremely high standard preserving some original features.
