Cozy Place in S. Orlando.

The apartment is located approximately 20 minutes away from the Theme Parks of the Orlando area. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 15 minutes away from the apartment. The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home, it is a garage converted to apartment It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet or 30.6 square meters. There is a WASHER, not a DRYER. The parking spot is located outside in the driveway.

Best Location- 10 min drive from Epic Universal

Spectacularly located studio inside a condo-hotel with an amazing private TERRACE overlooking the lake and pool…great for entertaining, sunbathing, relaxing after a long day at the Parks or shopping, and watching the fireworks displays from nearby Parks. It is within walking distance from International Drive and Universal Blvd. Close to Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Convention Center and Premium outlets all within 2 miles. Also a very short drive to Disney and Seaworld parks.
