Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Retreat is situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. Lounge in your private area by summer and cozy up by the log-burner come autumn, the Retreat is a perfect escape for any season. Beautiful barn conversion in rural Oxfordshire with natural swimming pool for wild (and tame!) swimmers.Light, open-plan living area with wood-burner & views across working farm. 3 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite, 1 family bathroom. Peaceful spot for a quiet, country break. Easy access to local market town of Witney for pubs and restaurants. Wonderful walks in Oxfordshire countryside. Close to Oxford, the Cotswolds and Blenheim Palace. The Bothy studio is also available if an extra double needed.

The Bothy, converted from a grain store on a working farm at Wilcote Manor, in a quiet, beautiful hamlet on the edge of the Cotswolds - fabulous walks from the door. The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. Tennis court-just ask, pool if open and free The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Charming Charlbury Cottage set in Idyllic garden

Our comfortable and spacious guest house sits in a tranquil setting, hidden away down a quiet private road in the centre of the Cotswold town of Charbury. A few minutes walk away from a great selection of local pubs with good food and drinks on offer. A great base for exploring the pretty nearby villages. We are also close to Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford and lots of Cotswold attractions. 5 minutes walk to the local train station where you can get a mainline train to London Paddington.

The Garden Room - Coach House.

A beautiful self-contained Cotswold Coach House, this is a great base to explore the Cotswolds & local attractions. We are happy to help with recommendations. Lovely walking with some fantastic pubs Sitting room with smart TV and Kitchenette, ideal for basic cooking Good sized bedrooms Bathroom with a Roll-top Bath and second Shower room Continental Breakfast is provided for your first night. *If coming by Train to Moreton, you will need to book a Taxi for a 5 minute journey.

Entire home suitable for up to 6 people. Located in a Cotswold village with endless rural walks from the doorstep. 10 minutes from Jeremy Clarkson’s pub - The Farmer’s Dog. Luxurious Finnish Sauna accessed from the private garden ( OPTIONAL EXTRA ). Garden with seating areas and bbq. Direct access to farmland and countryside walks. Private parking adjoining cottage, bustling village pub a stroll along the lane. Many local attractions. A perfect setting for a relaxing retreat.

Charming studio flat on the edge of the Cotswolds

A sunny, self-contained studio flat with its own entrance, outdoor seating and off-road parking situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Cotswolds. There's a Roman villa around the corner and Blenheim Palace down the road with wonderful footpaths through the woods and surrounding countryside. Keen walkers, cyclists, sightseers and visitors who just want to relax, will all find this a perfect base for visiting West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Minimum two night stay.

A Granary surrounded by 180 acres of grass

Our Granary has been sympathetically and lovingly converted from an old grain store into a comfortable homely studio for your stay. The Granary is situated next to our farmhouse which originally dated back to 1662. It has recently been fully rebuilt after suffering a large fire. The house, Granary and outbuildings are all constructed of the typical Cotswold stone used throughout the area. We are surrounded by sprawling gardens and grassland.

The Granary near Burford in The Cotswolds

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the Windrush Valley, our guest house is set at the end of the garden and perfect for those wanting a short escape. The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.

Entire Garden Annex with Breathtaking Views

Lovely self-contained annex with breath-taking views over the open fields. Open plan spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor with a double bedroom with en-suite on the first floor. Short walk to Hanborough train station with great links into London, Oxford and the Cotswolds. Plenty of country walks, pubs and within walking distance to Blenheim Palace.

A beautifully refurbished two bedroom cottage in the village of Nether Westcote in the heart of the Cotswolds surrounded by wonderful countryside. Excellent location with an award winning pub a short walk away (The Feathered Nest) and a short drive from Kingham village and Daylesford. The property is 5 miles from from Stow on the Wold and Burford.
