The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. Our self-contained, studio annexe - which sleeps up to 4 guests (one king, one sofabed) - is just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Wells, with parking on site. The annexe is situated in the grounds of our property. There is parking for one car directly in front of the annexe. The space includes kitchenette, dining area, lounge area, kingsize bed, sofabed, plus separate bathroom with a shower and bath. TV with Freeview included, plus WiFi. All linen and towels included.

Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.
