We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Large historic family home nr Longleat and Bath

This is a spacious South facing Grade II listed property located close to Longleat and walking distance to supermarkets, town centre and the national award winning Warminster Town Park. This house is perfect for family getaways, children enjoy toys and play areas in large spacious rooms. Safety features are also available such as stair gates, bed guards and high chairs. We are located in the picturesque village of Horningsham, which is part of the Longleat Estate. This is a family room which sleeps up to 4. price starts at 1. The room features a double bed along with full sized bunk beds. A cot is available on request. The room's facilities are as follows: En-suite with shower over bath Breakfast Basket Smart TV Fridge Microwave Kettle Toaster This room has a private entrance and does not share facilities with any other guests.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

Hygge at Springfield House

Located in the village of Crockerton only 5 minutes from Longleat and Center Parcs. Detached from the main house with plenty of off road parking our stylish Scandi studio apartment has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room a lounge/kitchen featuring a double sofa bed, dining table and TV. The kitchen has full, but very basic, cooking amenities making this an ideal haven for a mini ‘hygge’ break or work trip. Toiletries are provided together with food and drink starter pack.

The Den at Foxholes; a unique 1 bed guest-suite.

The Den at Foxholes has been carefully renovated to create a luxurious, unique and stylish self-contained guest-suite. The Den is full of character. It is a private part of Foxholes House which dates back to the early 1700s and was once part of the Longleat Estate (The Marquess of Baths’ crest remains on the wall in the main part of the house). The property benefits from a tasteful bedroom, en suite shower room, modern kitchen/lounge, and a private patio with outside dining area.

The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.
