I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, an well equipped house for a large family stay. Everything is very thought through, clean, and well maintained. Oksana was an excellent host, proactively communicating, sharing helpful links, giving recommendations for taxi drivers, and even arranging cleaners per our request. Amazing customer service! One thing to note is that the owner lives downstairs in the house. It did not bother us, but it is something to keep in mind as you will not be technically renting the entire house.

We feel blessed to have stayed at this Airbnb. Annita and her family showed us true Greek hospitality in so many ways. It was very touching for us. The views from the pool deck were amazing! The pool was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing or just cooling off after the beach. Everything is so close! The best bakery and coffee shop, grocery store and pharmacy, wonderful restaurants, all within a few minutes of this fantastic home. We would not hesitate to stay with Annita again. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed for just one night, but it was an unforgettable experience! The apartment was beautifully designed with so many unique details that gave it a stylish and cozy vibe. The rooftop was spacious and perfect for relaxing it felt like our own private oasis in the city. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi it was clean, comfortable, and made the stay feel extra luxurious. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available if we needed anything. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in Athens! --- Want it to sound more casual, romantic, or professional? I can tweak it.

The place was great. It is exactly as shown. It is 10 minutes from the airport, and Alkis provided me a ride to and from the airport at a reasonable price. Beautiful place.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα για την προετοιμασία του γάμου μας και ήταν απλώς υπέροχο! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με ρομαντική και προσεγμένη διακόσμηση που δημιούργησε την τέλεια ατμόσφαιρα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί – ευγενικοί, φιλικοί και πάντα διαθέσιμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου από την πρώτη στιγμή. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! ΜΑΣ κάνανε ενα υπέροχο δώρο και μας δώρισαν εικόνες και κομποσχοινια. Συγκινήθηκα ειλικρινά. Άνθρωποι με ψυχή. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και παλι από την καρδιά μάς.

Exceptional Stay! This is the kind of place you'll want to return to—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the iconic treasures of Athens, which we did each evening. Just steps away from shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful escape from the city's buzz. High end home, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, blending in historical Athens with modern comforts. It had that WOW factor when we walked in the door. Everything you could need for a short or extended stay has been carefully considered and provided. The hosts were amazing—clearly passionate about both their city and this stunning property. They were quick to respond to any questions and offered fantastic recommendations upon our arrival. They even helped us book with a trusted local company for both our arrival and departure. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with our family, we hope to return! It comfortably accommodated all six of us—two adults, three kids, and Grandma :)

The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Definitely worth it for a group trip! Lots of beds and rooms, the host’s caretaker Fotis and his wife made great food for our group one night despite short notice for that request. Tennis court and rackets not wimbledon class exactly, but worked for the purpose of shooting some balls back and forth for casual fun. Hot water a bit tricky to get running, but otherwise everything worked out great. A bargain, especially for a group of ~10. The host Kostas was friendly, accommodated requests and answered promptly.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This place was great! Exactly what we were looking for... near enough to Athens to go into the city, but it's own peaceful place next to a park with beautiful views! The house was amazing! Lots of space. Very clean. All the little amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. And lots of fun things for the family to do together... hot tub, billiards, foosball, ping ping, board games, outdoor space. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

We had an amazing stay at John's place! John and his family are truly exceptional hosts—pleasant, helpful, and so welcoming. John's local recommendations were spot-on. The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend staying here and are looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you, John and family, for making our stay so comfortable and special!

Nikolaos's place is uniquely curated with local wall art and comfortable furniture! We were pleased with the amount of space we shared. Beds & baths were comfortable! The outer street door & patio entrance doors are heavy but have a unique locking mechanism that made us feel safe and secluded in our space. The patio even has a roll out wall awning to cover the table and chairs in case you want to stay dry from rain or away from the sun! The rooftop patio (with a semi-steep narrow staircase) was our favorite part where we spotted the Acropolis & local shops & cafes...all easy walking distance! Nikolaos was very accommodating & his home is near anything you could possibly want to visit! The airport transportation drops you at the back side of the home on the street by the local olive wood shop & you must walk up a few wides steps and around the corner to the front door-only a couple of minutes away! Best advice we could give is to pack light, avoid large suitcases! 100% perfect rental!
