Sono uno scrittore e in Inghilterra ambiento i miei romanzi ma è alla Limonaia che trovo tranquillità e concentrazione. Magari con un po' di musica jazz. Dotata di terrazza panoramica con vista sul mare, lascia sempre ed infallibilmente gli ospiti senza fiato! Gli ospiti potranno raggiungere il mare passeggiando per 5 minuti lungo una piacevole strada che conduce alla bellissima spiaggia di San Francesco, attrezzata da numerosi stabilimenti balneari.

This villa has been built in the 50es on a cliff right above the sea, a walk to the closest beach, scissure, takes about 5 to 10min. It is composed by two separated houses. This one is only showing the JUNIOR house, the other listing I have in Gaeta, called 'Heaven on Earth', shows the SENIOR villa. Private parking with 2 car spots. Access to the sea is direct and quite steep, 300mts, the shore is rocky but accessible.
