Wir verbrachten eine entspannte Woche nach der Touristensaison, als schon alle Geschäfte und Campingplätze geschlossen waren. Der Strand war verlassen und in einem der wenigen geöffneten Restaurants trafen wir nur italienische Gäste an. Das war schön.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung bietet einen wundervollen Garten und Ausblick. Die Lage ist super. Man kommt direkt über einen Tunnel an den See und erreicht alles, was man braucht, fußläufig und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet, könnte nur vielleicht noch etwas Liebe mit Gardinen oder Bilden vertragen. Die Küche verfügt über eine Grundausstattung. Wer vorhat, viel selbst zu kochen, sollte alles nötihe selbst mitbringen. Marco und Giorgia waren tolle Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

Rebecca hat uns schon am Anreisetag mit wertvollen Informationen (Fähre hat gestreikt!) versorgt. Wir haben uns alle Tage gut umsorgt und sehr wohl gefühlt und das Quartier mit 8 Personen von 12-80 jährigen genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super, Küche alles da was man braucht…wenn es auch einige Abnutzungsspuren gibt. ( zB der Geschirrspüler bzw Badezimmerschubladen) Der Garten und die Terrasse schön und gepflegt.. ideal um 2 Autos abzustellen. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen!

Tiziana è stata un host impeccabile, la comunicazione è stata semplicissima e sempre improntata a una grande disponibilità. La casetta è perfetta, con tutto ciò che serve e in un punto silenzioso e tranquillo, perfetto per una famiglia (soprattutto il cortiletto recintato e il prato condominiale, le mie bimbe l'hanno adorato). A piedi si raggiungono in un paio di minuti il mare e la pineta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Toller Aufenthalt mit Familie und Hund. Super Kommunikation. Haus und Garten für einen allein und sogar ein extra abgezäunter Gartenbereich für Hunde. Gegenüber liegt der wundervoll erfrischende See, auch der Hundestrand ist direkt vor Ort. Wir haben tolle Wanderungen gemacht, sind um den See gejoggt und haben das Baden im klaren Ledrosee genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Man hält sich sowieso meist draußen auf.

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Ilaria nous a très bien accueilli. Elle nous a fait la visite de la maison, et donné quelques suggestions concernant la ville de Bibione. La maison est en excellent état, très propre, tous les équipements annoncés étaient présents et fonctionnels. Le village est très calme, la piscine est propre, l'environnement est également très bien entretenu. La ville de Bibione est agréable, de nombreux magasins à touristes (:o) mais aussi de bons restaurants. La plage publique (gratuite) est à 2 ou 3 km (prévoir la voiture pour y aller, mais il est très facile de se garer). Il y avait assez peu de monde, le sable est fin, et on a pied très longtemps (idéal pour les enfants). Bref, c'était parfait. Encore merci à Ilaria pour son accueil et sa maison, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Strávili sme niekolko dní na tomto ubytovaní. Splnilo všetky naše očakávania, boli sme velmi spokojný.

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Viele Infos zu Haus, Umgebung und Ausflügen. Fahrräder zur Fahrt an den Strand wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist modern und mit sehr guten (leisen) Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Jedes Fenster und die Eingangstüre haben Mückengitter.

Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Dům má naprosto veškeré vybavení, které si dovedete představit. Prostorná pergola hned u domu byla jedním slovem skvělá! Jediné, co chybělo k dokonalosti, by byl bazén. Katia reagovala ihned na každou naší zprávu, každý problém hned vyřešila (nic zásadního). Na pláž se dá dojít pohodlně za 10-15 minut. Často jsme také využívali místní hromadnou dopravu (turistický vláček), který je zdarma. Na ostrově bylo jen málo cizinců, na Čechy jsme nenarazili. Většinu osazenstva tvoří Italové, kteří jsou neuvěřitelně milí a vstřícní. Vstup do aquaparku jsme měli díky "zlatým kartám" zdarma a platili jsme pouze za lehátka. Ubytování u Katie a celkově ostrov Albarella určitě doporučuji a třeba se někdy vrátíme. Jen si nezapomeňte vzít repelent, k večeru je zde hodně komárů. Moc děkujeme ❤️

L'Isola di Albarella di per se, è un posto quasi, tra il fantastico ed il surreale, dove la tranquillità la fà da padrone, ma basta spostarsi di pochi metri, a piedi o in bici ( o per i più pigri ) con le golf car, e ci si trova nel mare ( con spiagge enormi sia private che pubbliche ) ma sempre poco affollate, e la sera ci sono molti eventi organizzati, come discoteca, concerti, arte etc... In questi spostamenti, ci si trova di fronte ad una natura immensa, e spesso, come capitato a noi, trovarsi di fronte a Daini, fagiani, scoiattoli, insomma una volta nella vita bisogna andarci. Se poi in tutto questo, trovi anche persone come Giovanni, con un'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità, la vacanza è perfetta. Imberti M

Das Haus von Valeria und Luciano ist zu mehr als 100% zu empfehlen. Man hat alles was man braucht. Es ist ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Sowohl der Weg zum Strand als auch zu den Geschäften (Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bar) ist ideal, da alles innerhalb von ein paar Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die beiden sind sooo lieb und immer erreichbar und stehen von Anfang an mit Rat zur Seite. Das Grundstück ist riesig und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Cavallino ist ein kleiner Vorort mit lieben Menschen. Jesolo ist mit dem Auto (15 min) oder mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar, sowie auch die Fähre nach Venedig.

Giovanni è stato un host perfetto: sempre disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato molte info utili su come muoverci nella zona ed ha saputo darci tutte le informazioni per vivere al meglio il suo alloggio. La casa è molto carina, accogliente, ordinata, molto pulita, letti comodi e la cucina è attrezzata. Alloggio super consigliato! ✨

La casa è molto ben fornita di tutto il necessario ed è adatta per chi ha animali come noi con 2 Amstaff, il giardino è ben recintato. La spiaggia dista a soli 5 minuti a piedi mentre per arrivare alla pineta ci vogliono 10 minuti. Il centro si trova esattamente vicino casa e nonostante questo si trova in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Super Standort von dem man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings ist die Wohnung nicht sonderlich schalldicht, was uns aber nicht davon abgehalten hat, uns zu erholen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
