The perfect resort for those who relish a warm touch in a relaxing and pleasant environment. In our house we welcome and pamper our guests in a neat and friendly environment that is both relaxing and comfortable. Here they will really feel at home. We will accommodate our guests in self-contained flats, each one made up of two en suite bedrooms with TV, a kitchen, a living room, a garden and a garage. In addition to our warm hospitality, you will be offered a wealth of useful advice on how to make your stay both enjoyable and interesting. Our house is open to those who wish to enjoy an unforgettable experience of life in a typical Umbrian family. Families with children will find all the facilities and services they need in a cosy and easy-going atmosphere. Young couples and groups of friends will have the opportunity to enjoy a holiday of studying or fun, and will be able to get about even without a car. The sporty types who love touring by bicycle or practising outdoor sports can take advantage of the wonderful countryside for their trips, excursions, and activities. SERVICES Outdoor facilities include: -ample and convenient parking; -a well-tended garden where you can sunbathe, have breakfast, or play with your children. Indoor facilities include: -a spacious living room with playing area for children, library, stereo system, TV, computer with Internet access. -a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, toaster, espresso coffee machine with plastic disposable crockery, high chair, bib, etc. available for children. -a utility room with washing machine. For our little guests we also provide cots, baby-changing units with double basket for nappies, pushchair and bicycle chair. Bicycles are available for adults. Il Giardino di Matilde is in Perugia, only a short distance from the old town centre and the university district (you can easily walk to the faculties of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine). Città della Pieve is the birthplace of the famous artist Pietro Vannucci, known as Il Perugino and everywhere you can feel his passing, many of his works.
