Fredrico is an excellent host. Very helpful. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. Highly recommended place to stay in Ancona.

Perhaps the best AirBnB I ever stayed in. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was well equipped with everything that travelers may possibly need. They even kept baby safety plugs, just in case. Furthermore, they created Netflix profiles in our names to make us feel right at home. How thoughtful and incredible is that? There were chocolates, cookies, drinkable cold water, a wine bottle, coffee/ tea bags and more, a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in and check-out was very smooth. The location is perfect, right next to the Rimini train station. Good connectivity to all nearby areas. Suitable for upto 6 people. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot Davide and his awesome team. Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questo appartamento. L'arredamento moderno e funzionale, unito alla pulizia impeccabile, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La posizione è strategica: il mare è a pochi passi e si trovano facilmente ristoranti, negozi e tutto ciò che serve. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Sicuramente torneremo!

La Terrazza del Conero was fantastisch, het uitzicht was adembenemend. Binnen was het gezellig en praktisch ingericht. De echtgenote van Christian sprak vloeiend Engels, dat was gemakkelijk voor de communicatie. We hebben mooie uitstapjes gedaan. We raden deze accommodatie ten zeerste aan. Gr Nicole

Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate molto piacevoli e ci siamo trovati proprio bene nell'appartamento che è accogliente, ben attrezzato e spazioso. foto e descrizione corrispondono alla realtà. Davide molto gentile e reattivo. La posizione è perfetta per conoscere questa bellissima area dell'Italia, che è un mix perfetto di arte e natura. Assolutamente consigliato!

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

We had a lovely stay in Francesco's apartment, it was very peaceful and quiet but great restaurants were only a few minutes walk away. There was a supermarket less than five minutes walk also. Francesco was a great host and very kind. We would recommend his apartment and would definitely stay there again.

La casa era fantastica, pulita, spaziosa con un giardino e un tavolo fuori per poter pranzare anche all aperto. Consigliatissimo!!!

Oscar è stato gentilissimo nel dare indicazioni per raggiungere il posto ed estremamente disponibile. L’appartamento è pulito, ben organizzato e ha veramente tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Anche la colazione è stata gradita!

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

To były wyjątkowe cztery dni w Ankonie. Bardzo komfortowy apartament, niezwykle czysty i fantastycznie wyposażony. Na miejscu zastaliśmy dosłownie wszystko do idealnego wypoczynku. Właścicielka zadbała o nas jak o własną rodzinę! Zawsze pomocna, profesjonalna i komunikatywna! Z wielką przyjemnością kiedyś wrócimy... Wojtek i Adam.

Appartamento come nuovo e molto gradevole (ancora meglio che in foto), pulitissimo, in pieno centro storico, ma molto silenzioso. Soggiorno nel complesso eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Sehr schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, in der wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen durften. Andrea ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber der immer sehr gut erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft voll und ganz und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
