Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion or a big group. Each bedroom has a bathroom with the shower, everyone had privacy and we were very comfortable! Communal areas are spacious and inviting. We loved having a garden and a grill! I can only imagine how beautiful it gets in the summer! Kitchen had everything we needed for a stay and we ate most meals at home. There are many grocery stores near by and we found a great restaurant close by (Rtveli). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we rode taxis anywhere we wanted to go, taxis were quick and cheap. I’m glad we traded proximity to old town for the comfort this home provided. Now the hosts were the most kind, welcoming and accommodating people. They walked us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, provided many recommendations and answered all our questions before and during our stay. They responded to us very quickly. We were so thankful.

A hidden and surprising gem. Made beautiful memories with the family. The beautiful views and fireplace stand out. Hated to leave. Highly recommend. The host was very friendly and informative. If I go back to Georgia, will definietly try to book the place again.

Wow. We absolutely loved our stay at Nika's place. We are a family of 5, staying with 3 young children (aged 6, 4 & 1), and Nika's place was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a loungeroom, kitchen and large balcony area. The view was lovely, looking onto the river and the mountain, as well as a wonderful view of Jvari Monastry, which lights up at night time. We loved being located on the market walking street, and having the Check-In garden restaurant underneath us with great staff, as well as many other little restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery and fruit mart. We stayed for 5 days, and could have stayed longer, as it was just such a peaceful, lovely quaint place to stay with kids. We really loved Nika's place and highly reccomend!

Мы провели замечательное время в этом доме, расположенном в самом сердце старого города Тбилиси. Дом очень уютный, чистый и хорошо оборудованный. Все основные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности, что делает его идеальным по местоположению. Единственное, что стоит учитывать, это крутой подъем к дому. Но это не стало для нас проблемой, так как вид и атмосфера старого города полностью компенсируют этот небольшой недостаток. Рекомендую это место всем, кто хочет окунуться в атмосферу Тбилиси!

Best host ever! We stayed in their lovely place for 3.5 month with a newborn baby. They had welcomed couples with newborn babies in the past few times so they had experience and knew what to do. Their place is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in American way) of their residence which is on the ground floor with a lovely garden. Their place was very spacious, clean, bright, quiet and looked MUCH better than in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the host's hospitality and their company. They gave us rides to the hospital for our baby's check ups and vaccination, made us lovely (and the best!) Kachapuri (cheese bread) time to time, or even brought us a Christmas tree. One of the best memory for us as when we were invited to their place to spend the count down for New Year's Eve. They treated us with lovely traditional Georgian dishes. They made our stay in Tbilisi so welcoming and at-home. Now we miss them and their place very much!

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights and can’t complain. Georgy was proactive, helpful and friendly. House is very big and everyone will find a corner for themselves. Definitely recommended if you want to do day trips from Tbilisi and well connected to main roads.

Evin konumu şehir merkezi için çok iyi. Rustavelli caddesi ve eski tiflisin tam ortasında yer aldığı için yürüme mesafesinde ulaşım sağlıyordu. Yan komşudan gelen seslerden gece rahatsız olduğumuzu belirttiğimizde Ruska hemen çözüm sağladı. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir konaklamaydı her şey için teşekkürler 🤍🦢

Location is amazing! Near is everything you need. It was very quiet at night time. Flat is cozy, clean and have all these small things like laundry gel, soap, scissors, different types of dishes, full-length mirror😍 and other stuff you need at home.

Аутентичное жилье в старом городе. Есть камин, прекрасная веранда, высокие потолки, топ расположение. Стоит обратить внимание, что большая спальня фактически без окна, воздух поступает из гостиной.

Qeti's flat is very nice place for both long- and short-term stay. This is perfect location if you want to explore city center or observe geogrian political life emerging on the streets. The flat may be a bit dark because curtains are closed always in order to get more privacy. Perfect price / quality balance. There are a lot of small handy things for kitchen and bathroom.

The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

David was a wonderful host. He helped us in everything, he was a very sociable and nice person .. As for the house, it was very comfortable, I think the price was in line with the quality .. The only thing I did not like was the water problem but that was it. It was not the fault of the host at all. Thanks davit.!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. Communication with the host was smooth and very helpful. I had a fantastic experience staying in this property with my whole family around 21 people for 20 days. Really nice , clean and functional flats , great garden with nice plants decorated, fantastic Bar room and super friendly and helper Hosts. Each flat has its own kitchen and bath and if you have a big family like me everybody can enjoy their privacy too. And if you are a small family you can enjoy the beautiful and well decorated garden and have your breakfast ,lunch or dinner under the great Georgian sunshine or night sky. The Bar area was so big and nice that all of my family (21people) could easily sit together and enjoy their time. Don’t worry about shopping , there is a nice and big shop just round the corner so you can buy whatever you need when you have your slippers on and there is a confectionary and fruit shop too. I definitely recommend this hotel and you won’t be disappointed.

We rented a cottage for two days. There were 4 families with children. In reality, the cottage looks better than in the photos. I liked everything: the territory of the yard and the bathhouse and inside the house. Bed linen and towels were clean and for each person. In the kitchen, you could cook for yourself. All equipment was in good working order.
