Airi's place looked even better than the pictures to be honest. It was a super nice house with plenty of space. The bathrooms were really nice and quite large the rooms were wide and clean which was very refreshing. Everything was very clean and the lighting was great. The heated floors all over the house was also an awesome feature you won't find really anywhere else and I was super excited and happy about that too. Plus anything I needed the hosts responded within minutes and that was great. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the area in the future. Thanks again!

Our stay in Masaki's house was absolutely perfect for our 2-week holiday in Tokyo. It is an older-style Japanese house that feels very special, while also having all the modern amenities to make it very comfortable. We stayed in this house as a family of four (our kids are 9 and 14) and it was ideal for our needs. The location is perfect if you want to stay somewhere a little quieter than central Tokyo, but want easy access to everything the city has to offer. The train station is only 5 minutes walk, and everything Tokyo has to offer can be enjoyed from this location. The immediate area has so much to enjoy as well. Inokashira Park is beautiful and a lovely respite after a day of being in the crowds of central Tokyo. Kichijōji is about a 15 minute walk (or a short train ride) away, and has amazing shopping and food. Masaki is a very responsive host, and I felt very well looked-after during our stay. Really I can't say enough good things. Highly recommended!

Love staying here. Feels right at home. Everything is super clean and Kim was very helpful and such a great host, with fast responses and actions. Kim definitely took the extra step and service for her guests. The place is spacious with every furniture near brand new. My family and I definitely loved the laundry/ dryer machine 🤩🤩 it’s amazing and allow us to not worry about not enough change of clothing’s. Kim is super friendly and will help you in any way she can, not limited to restaurants recommendations or closest transport to Shinjuku or even given visual directions to help you find the closest supermarket. She made traveling with a big group of family a breeze. Thank you Kim, will definitely stay again next time I’m in Tokyo.

We stayed at Maki's place for a couple of weeks and the house is just perfectly identical to the pictures, or even better! Had a lovely time there, the neighbourhood is super cute and there are a lot of options to eat out close to home. Well connected through transportation. Maki is responsive and very helpful. Would go back any minute tbh! Thank youu <3

Logement petit mais confortable à deux, dans un quartier très sympa avec un thème qui semble être celui des chats pour les magasins et décorations, et une petite rue de petits restaurants et bars très mignonne. Rinrin était très avenante et toujours prête à aider en anglais ou en japonais. J'avais lu dans des compentaires que les escaliers étaient très étroits, mais ils étaient normaux. Niveau cuisine, on avait un micro-onde et une bouilloire, donc je déconseille si vous voulez faire votre propre cuisine, parfait si vous préférez manger dehors et profiter de la bonne cuisine japonaise, ou si les repas de combini ou nouilles instantanées vous conviennent. La douche de notre chambre était séparée des toilettes/lavabo, c'était parfait, le seul hic c'était le manque d'eau chaude par moment. Dans notre sdb, il y avait un recoin idéal pour stocker les grosses valises, et on ne gardait que la petite à portée de main avec les affaires dont nous aurions besoin pour le séjour.

En general Un alojamiento muy cómodo para 3 personas. En una zona residencial muy tranquila lejos del bullicio de tokyo. La estación de metro está muy cerca y hay muchas tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. No cuenta con secadora pero hay varias lavanderías de monedas a menos de 2 cuadras. Está ubicado en un segundo piso, por lo que si llevas equipaje grande puede ser un poco pesado.

The property was centrally located to multiple JR and subway lines and was easily walkable to any of the stations in 10 minutes or less. The property was extremely clean and perfect for our party of two couples. Having two toilets makes all the difference. The surrouding community was quiet and residential with small local restaurants and two supermarkets, a 100 yen store, and a laundromat. Multiple conbinis within a 5 minute or less walk. Host was always in communication and always offered great support. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

C hat uns sehr nett empfangen und geholfen beim Koffer tragen. Er hat mehmals gefragt ob wir etwas brauchen, ob alles in Ordnung ist und beim Koffer- Verschicken geholfen. Die Unterkunft hat alle nötigen Sachen und die Lage ist Top. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

This place was right in the action, which is what I wanted from this experience. very happy 😁

The house is small and nice. Most of the space is for the bedroom / living area, with a bit for the kitchen and the last bits for a nice toilet and bath. It is located very close to tachiaigawa station, but can take a bit of time to find (if you don't spot the sign saying "otres apartment") as Google maps might bring you down the neighboring street as you can get closer to the pin that way. Due to the proximity to the train station there is a bit of background noise from the trains when they arrive, but it is low enough that you usually won't notice. The house temperature fluctuates quite a bit based on the outside temperature, but it has an effective AC unit that deals with in easily, making it comfortable no matter the weather. As for Josh, he was an amazing host. We only met him once, but he was very helpful and answered fast when messaging him. We would give him 10/5 stars if that was possible.

The host is extremely responsive. House is clean, has plenty of rooms and space, the beds are comfy, and it has nice bathrooms and shower amenities. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk from 3 different stations on 3 different lines (including a JR line) which makes it relatively straight forward to get to almost anywhere in Tokyo. From there it's anywhere from 10-30 mins to get to some of the more popular places. At night it's pretty quiet, but there is a small but vibrant strip (especially during the day) just outside with shops and a few places to eat all the way along to the Kamegome Station. There's also not many tourists, which gives it a nice local feeling.

The space was large and just as described. We enjoyed how close to 2 different train stations the home was. Clean and tidy- would definitely stay again in the future.

Review: I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Japan and had a great experience overall. The house itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, very spacious, and had an excellent shower. It truly felt like a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The location was peaceful and quiet, which was perfect for unwinding. However, it’s worth noting that there weren’t many convenience stores nearby, and the walk back from the train station involved a pretty steep hill. That said, the surrounding area was charming, and the tranquility made up for the effort. If you’re looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay and don’t mind a bit of walking, this is a great choice!

GWに家族(3人+🐶)で泊まらせていただきました。予約時からスムーズかつ丁寧に対応していただき、不明点等があっても安心して過ごすことができました。 サウナ、BBQ、ピザ窯、焚き火台をオプションで追加させていただきましたが、全部最高でした！特にサウナがおすすめです。サウナはアロマオイルの香りも最高でベンチでぽーっと自然をみながら休憩するのも最高！ 我が家は一生BBQし放題。父親はずっと外で肉を焼くか、ベンチで日光浴をしておりました笑 また部屋の設備も充実しており、持参したギターと置いてあるピアノでセッションもしました！(一軒一軒離れていたので日中はあまり気にせず演奏できました*\(^o^)/*) 朝から川のせせらぎと鳥の鳴き声が聞こえてきて都会の喧騒から解放され、最高のデトックスとなりました。 ありがとうございました。 p.sちなみに周辺施設ですが、徒歩圏内に道の駅とクリエイトもあり、買い忘れの際も便利でした。道の駅にはデザートも売っていて美味しかったです(プリン庭で黄昏ながら食べました) また是非利用させていただきたいです！

Definitely a great place to stay when travelling to Tokyo, it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and you can enjoy the calm and chill moments with your family. There are a lot of good restaurant around for breakfast and dinner, and you have access to all 3 convenience stores, Lawson, 7-11 and Family mart just within 3mins of walking. JR/Subway station is just within 5mins walk.
