Perfect house for adventures!

Take a deep breath and immerse yourself in nature. Adjacent to the National Forest - the setting doesn't get any better than this! Last house on the street and the forest as your backyard! Huge picture window next to the dining table. The master suite has access to the deck (with BBQ, firepit, and patio heater) - no neighbors along huge side yard. SKI/IN-SKI/OUT: Large & Spacious + GAME ROOM + Spa

So LARGE & SPACIOUS! BEST location in Big Bear! SKI/IN-SKI/OUT thru Backyard. Shuttle to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain is just out the backdoor. Morning walks to Starbucks are a tradition, and 1/2 block walk to Walgreen's for "whatever?" is always fun! Kids safely scooter and ride bikes around flat residential neighborhood, restaurants are only a 2 min walk. The village for movies/shops/restaurants is within a mile. The lake, hiking/biking trails all within a few blocks. BEST LOCATION!

Welcome to the St Moritz Chalet at Snow Summit- a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with loft, situated near the base of Snow Summit, MTB/Ski paradise! Bright 2 story house with peekaboo views of the slopes. Over 2000 sq ft. of living space. Chef's kitchen and all the amenities. Foosball table and NBA Jams standup arcade. Easy walk to Snow Summit. Smart TVs in every room and loft, except kid's room. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out after a long day on the slopes.
